This crib doesn't seem as high quality as I was expecting. We are keeping it because we like the look and the price, but we had to order a replacement part for the black metal piece that fits inside the wood framing because the pieces that attached it were rusting/peeling (and were accessible by baby hands). It seems like a safe piece of furniture otherwise and OK enough, I just was expecting it to feel higher in quality. My husband had an easy time with assembly and it is light in weight (easy to move around the room).

Just put it together yesterday, baby won’t be here for a few more weeks so I haven’t used it properly yet. With that said I am very happy with the quality, nothing came damaged and everything was in good condition. I like how sturdy it is and is also light weight. It looks great and was easy to match with other furniture for the nursery. I also like that it came with the toddler converter bed piece and I won’t have to order it later on.Overall I am very pleased with me purchase.

I saw this in person and on Dadverb and thought what a cute simple modern design. It looked great and simple to assemble, but have no other crib to compare. However after almost a year this crib is beyond annoying. The 4 open sides means theres just more places for the baby to climb and grab. The 4th opening means the baby will and can reach electrical outlets that wouldn't have been accessible with a solid walled one. The more openings means the more places the baby's legs and arms can get stuck in while moving around sleeping. The other thing is the paint job isn't lacquered (my friends crib is) which means when your baby can reach they will start chewing the paint off and with an unlacquered crib you'll be digging paint out of your baby's mouth. Avoid this.

Crib came with a damaged piece. We discovered the damaged piece after taking all the parts out of the box and assembling 3/4 of the crib before coming across the damaged piece (not yet assembled when discovered). There was no way we were getting all the parts back in the box and definitely not getting the box into our small car. Bummed that there is nothing we can do about it.
We bought an expresso white crib and love the way it looks. The reason we got the Babyletto Hudson model was because of the height. I am a first time mom and short (5’) while my husband is taller (6’). So wanted to go for something that suits us both, although this crib height is more comfortable for me. The installation was a breeze, very well made with easy instructions. The only place we struggled a bit was while placing the iron mattress rack as it was scratching the white rails while fixing it. You can avoid it by putting a cloth around the rails. It would seem like it wouldn’t fit until you screw in all 4 sides and all of a sudden if feels perfectly fine. Otherwise, it was a very easy installation overall. Yet to use it once the baby arrives.
The crib looks great and it is perfect for our nursery. However, the finished of the washed natural color is more of a washed pink color. It does not look at all like the images from the description. I wish there was a way to see the colors in person before purchasing. Besides that it seems like a sturdy crib.
The finish shown online is very misleading in image & description, 'natural wood'; the finish is a very very white washed finished, our crib appears almost pink. Even as a Trade professional I was told wood finish samples to see prior to order were not available, so you're ordering blindly. They do not have 99% of the CB Kids merch displayed in their stores, everything has to be decided online, sight unseen. Finish quality is mediocre, we have several blobs of whitewash on the front of our crib I'm not sure can be picked/sanded off. Huge 18" long gold warning stickers on each end of the crib on the exposed face have to be removed and they are STUCK on. Don't know if they are required by law, but their size and prominent location are unfortunate.
The item arrived missed all hardware accessories for assembling the bed. I contacted Bloomingdales and they refused to send me the missing parts nor reship the crib in a different color. They asked me to return the whole thing (which is very heavy!!) and then issue the refund.I rarely do shopping at Bloomingdales and this bad experience make me stay away from it for good.
I was nervous to order through Target after a baby dresser mishap earlier this year, but I'm glad I did. The crib came very well packaged despite the damage FedEx did to the exterior of the box. Crib has no flaws, all materials for assembly were there, and it was very easy to put together. Very happy with the overall quality!
I liked the simplicity look of the crib. The downfall to this crib is the rail design. My daughter is eight months and has been in the crib since she was five months. On a few occasions she has had her legs and feet stuck between the rails. I was easily able to get her unstuck. However, just recently her leg was really stuck and it took a minute or so to try to get her leg out. It was scary as she was screaming so hard. I was scared she was really going to hurt herself as she was twisting and turning trying to get her leg unstuck, while I was trying to get her leg free. This crib has a design flaw that is a safety issue. I no longer can return the crib, so now I am stuck with an unsafe crib.
