I am so happy with this BaByliss Pro. It is lightweight, easy to use and gives my long hair perfect beachy waves… for DAYS!! This is saying a lot considering my coarse, straight hair doesn’t like to hold a curl. I absolutely love the braided cord attached via swivel. No more fighting with the cord! I’m going to invest in the 3/4” for tighter curls and sell my L’ange wand. It is so much easier using the curling iron… goodbye long heat glove! #babyliss

This is by far my favorite curler iron I’ve ever used, and I’ve tried a couple titanium ones. It’s the only one that holds my curls for a long time. Also just so easy to use once you learn how to use a clip but could also use as a wand if you wanted to. Love that it lets you adjust the temperature. Love it so much that when I went on vacation and forgot it, I had to stop and get another bc it’s only one that makes my curls perfect every time. I also love that it works in Europe, so one less thing to worry about when I travel.

This curling iron is amazing. It came protected in it's own box. Delivery was very fast. I have fine, color treated hair. I followed the directions and used the temperature provided. I love how the dial stays in place, unlike other curling irons. I especially love how the clamp stays put. My hair, even though fine, does not slip out. Usually the curls will droop after a couple hours. They are still here the next day! My hair feels smooth, conditioned and not fried as with other curling irons. Highly recommend this!

My hair is type 4 with medium-high density, medium-coarse strands, and is waist-length. I've been silk pressing my hair every wash day for almost 2 years and have no curl loosening. I can't say I'm too impressed with this curling iron. I'm not going to lie, I used a curling iron (a $12 Conair curler) for the first time only a couple months before catching this on sale so I wasn't exactly experienced with curling irons when I used it, but I liked that $12 curler I got from Wal-Mart better than this. I got the 1.25 inch and the proportions of the iron are off to me. It has a super long handle but a short barrel. The handle might be good for people with big hands, but it just made it awkward for me to hold. I use curling irons at different angles and sometimes upside down to get different parts of my head, so it was a chore to use. Especially when the cool tip sucks, too. It's pinched/pointed, which makes it difficult to grab while rotating. The barrel doesn't hold enough hair, length or thickness wise, so I had to use thinner sections than I would prefer. The clamp is just loose. To make matters worse, the bottom inch of the iron is completely useless. You know that part where the lever meets the clamp and how the underside is empty and hollow? The part the stand is connected to? If any hair gets down there, all your hair just unwinds off the barrel. You can see it in some of the YouTube reviews. You constantly have to hold and readjust the ends of the hair to keep that from happening, which I hate. Another con is that the handle heats up when the iron is plugged in even if the iron itself is set to "off." I also don't like how it's marketed as "titanium" when it's ceramic coated. And it claims to have 50 heat settings, but that was for the old model. The new one doesn't, but they still advertise it as such. It's just not for me at all

Perfect for big waves or if you have a lot of hair! I have 18” extensions, and this is safe to use on them. It heats up very quickly, and you don’t need to leave the hair on the iron long. Leaves more waves rather than curls. If you use the right products, they do last. I’m also a huge fan of the cord! It’s fabric and doesn’t get all tangled or wrapped around itself, and is long. It’s such a reliable styling tool and it’s definitely my go to!

Disappointing

My cheap old ceramic held curl and the barrel was 1.5" longer. I will admit the cord is long and seems like it would hold up. So knowing I'm naturally thick wavy I assumed that titanium would be a good choice for my next iron. I tried this an instantly found the barrel to be ridiculously short for my past the shoulder length hair. 2nd I noticed it didn't hold the hair in the clamp all that well unless you positioned it right. 3rd it didn't glide through my hair like the last, I was worried it was frying/sticking to the titanium. I like to wand-wrap & curl various strands and this just wasn't making nice curls/waves using either technique, they came off as really flat. For sure would buy again

My husband bought this for me as a birthday gift. I had previously been using a cheap revlon one and was fine with it but didn't love it. After the first time of using this curling iron I'm obsessed. It glides so smoothly and doesn't leave creases. I'm tempted to buy the next size up and their flat iron now. Definitely recommend

Hair falls out mid curl

Unfortunately, this size did not work for me. As some other's previously mentioned, my hair falls out halfway through the curl. Maybe if you have thick hair it would grip better. I was also really disappointed that to get a refund if used, you have to cut the cord and send a photo. Seems like there should be a donation type program. That is such a waste.

It’s official

The clip handle seems to be weakening with each use. The heat temperature is perfect. Great for longer hair weaves or wigs. I can’t seem to grasp the curling concept with smaller curling irons. With this every curl comes out perfect whether I curl towards my face or away from my face. Excellent price point for Babyliss brand. I also have their flatirons that cost two hundred dollars.
