BaBylissPRO Graphite Titanium Straightener 25mm

This is an excellent hair straightener! I’ve never used a better straightener and I’ve gone through several. I have thick curly hair that runs half way down my back and while I use it for predominantly shaping the hair that frames my face it makes it so easy to fully straighten it on occasion. I never need to pass over one section of hair more than once, and the hair that I regularly straighten is smooth and doesn’t show signs of heat damage. This straightener is totally worth every dollar.

An ok straighter

I decided to venture out vs my usual straighter the babyliss pro ceramic. I don't love the change. Part of what throws me off is the mismatch in color of the plates. This straightener is definitely a lot heavier. Also when I actually apply it to the hair my hair looks 10 times dryer. I usually will curl with my straighteners for loose curls and this is not the right one for this. Will be returning for my old one.

Don't waste your money

My old blue babyliss pro quit on me after 10 years, so I thought I'd try out this new fancy model. Big mistake. While this flat iron is quick to heat up, I have to set it to nearly 400 degrees to get it to straighten my hair. Even then, I have to give it multiple passes for it to get all the kinks out. Also, hair gets easily snagged at the end of the plates. If you have thick, wavy or curly hair, just save your money and buy the original model instead.

Extremely weak connection with diffuser.

The diffuser on this pops right off with the *slightest* bump. It drives me nuts trying to dry my curly hair. Avoid

I love this flat iron!!

This flat iron straightens my thick hair so much faster and better than the Chi I had been using. I highly recommend it.

Light weight

It is a nice iron because it is not heavy, it iron evenly and I like that the temperature can be changed. I use it in 280 and it does not leave my hair super hot or burned, it leaves my hair shiny and with movement, I love that the plates are long and that allows ironing more amount of hair in a single time. It is aesthetically beautiful and I am very happy that it does not burn my hair!

No automatic shut off

This isn't a bad straightener. It does a decent job but I didn't know that for the price this didn't come with an automatic shut off. If in the description it said that I wouldn't have made this expensive purchase.

No improvement over the past 10 years

I bought this exactly product 15 years ago thinking that it has improved but it dries up my hair and doesn’t even perform as well as my old and damage hair straightener

Not Good

I have very long thick hair, I have to heat it up to 450 and takes multiple passes. Maybe would work for finer hair. Once you do get your hair straight it doesn't look smooth.

One of the best flat irons I've used

I love this flat iron! The iron heats up very quickly, the cord is super long, and I like that it comes with the silicone pad and plastic sleeve for the tip of the flat iron for storage. I have used this iron to straighten and to curl my hair and it does an amazing job with both. The iron feels lighter on my hair compared to other flat irons that I have used. It doesn't seem to pull or put much pressure on my hair but easily gets the job done in one run. It glides very easily. I like that I can use the iron close to my scalp without burning my scalp and the tip of the iron can be touched to help with curling. I don't normally buy flat irons in the price range but I think it is going to be well worth it!
