Tasty, good serving size for 2 women hiking.Like all dehyd meals, I think it needs longer 'soaking' than the 10 minutes stated on the packet.
Tasty meal, in a generic way: individual flavours merge into a tasty blandness. Definitely backcountry cuisine rather than haute cuisine, but still very welcome at the end of a hard day - and if the packet blurb is true it's nutritious as well. Bonus: no dishes to wash (other than your spoon).

Probably my favourite of the whole range - nice flavour and texture with a hint of spice
This is one of the yummy and filling Back country meals (although I also prefer the roast lamb as the other reviewer does ):)
I like the Back Cuisine Moroccan Lamb meal. It has a nice flavour without being overwhelming. So easy to prepare. Would recommend.
