I had a great experience purchasing my work boots through BAD. Unfortunately I chose the wrong size to begin with. The exchange process was so efficient as it streamlined my return and replaced my boots with the correct size. Just a couple of days later and I was wearing my new boots. I wouldn't hesitate to say these boots are super comfy and I would recommend the customer service provided by this Aussie company.

Originally bought this to serve two occasion, the snows and work. Kept me dry and protected in the snow with the addition of wool and waterproof socks. There was room for extra layers so with out those layers it is loose. The Chelsea design also allows the convenience of a slip on and off system which I prefer when I go camping.

I love these boots! They don’t feel like I’m wearing concrete blocks, and the innersoles make them so comfortable. I’m so glad I found these, they are perfect for what I need. Price point spot on as well. Well done BAD - will definitely be recommending these!!
No such thing as a good hurricane but the Bad Hurricanes are, well, good. I bought them for gardening and love them. Will be back soon for a pair for my wife.
First, delivery was super quick and the boots are well made. I work in an extremely busy retail outlet with hard concrete floors and unfortunately the boots just don't have enough support. I gave them 3 days but had to stop because they were starting to cause me pain in my leg and feet.I think for someone working outside on various surfaces probably wouldn't feel it as much. I'm going to try gel insoles and hope there's still enough room for my feet. Otherwise I've got a fancy new pair of lawnmowing boots.
These shoes have my blisters on both the front where the steel caps end, and also in the heel! Was a bummer as I was hoping they would do better. I cannot wear these.
I'm on my feet for 10+ hours a day and sometimes it doesn't even feel like I'm wearing shoes. They've got a soft inside with thick strong outside. They're easy to get on and off. Overall just a fantastic pair of shoes at an amazing price.
Amazing, perfect for a job with a lot of standing and water involved, overall a really comfortable buy and didn’t hurt my feet breaking them in, will be buying another pair!!
I love these boots. Great value.As most workboots they can be a little stiff on first wear, but after about a weeks wear they are feeling great and keeping my feet supported and dry from the winter weather.
