Bahco Thin Jaw Adjustable Wrench 6" 9029-T

Bought these mainly for compression fittings and lever and iso valves as the flats on the body of most fittings is too narrow for a standard spanner. The pressed flat steel spanners sold for that job tend to be a loose fit on many fittings which means they slip off a lot, hence these. They do the job well but find you cant put too much pressure on them as the jaws seem to flex a bit. Boing your own fittings up to the right torque great but can struggle if un doing old seized fittings. Being adjustable means a snug fit onto the varied size of nut on the different fittings. Would I recommend? Yes...very helpful addition to your tools box.

Great product. Great name. The shower I was fitting needed a thin jaw to tighten up the nuts, my other spanner’s were too thick. This worked a treat.

Finally, an adjustable wrench that’s thin enough to fit in tight spaces. It works perfectly. If it came with a longer handle for more torque, that would be even better, but it works fine the way it is.
