My son discovered these at 6 years old, and now as a 7 year old he still loves Bakugan. He and all his friends don’t play the real game, but they do love folding/opening, admiring, and trading. Overall, Bakugan in general are pretty sturdy, but several have broken with rough play or from being dropped. This set is pretty unique with the two light up Bakugan - my kiddo loves them. Now giving a set as a birthday gift to his best friend.

The package came with 8 Bakugans, two platforms and playing cards. It has surprise in every figure. One of the coolest part about this product that they light up which is more attractive. I decided to give it to my nephew. He was really happy once he got it. At first he seems very confused because it has so many sections but once he started to figure out he was really happy. This product is full of excitement for the kids and kept them busy for long time. Overall it is a great toy for the kids.

trades them at school with his friends. It is pretty cool, that a figures transforms into something once it touches the metal cards. A surprise in every figure. First time putting it back together you have to be careful not to force a section/arm/leg etc.. It can break. Once you figure out how to put it back together, next time will be a breeze. Overall well made and kids love to play with it.
Even though I don't understand it, my little one does and has hours of fun. They were so excited to play, kept them and their friends occupied while the growns ups talked. I love the variety that is included, has the figures, 2 stands, 2 figures light up! Includes some cards and the best bit instructions!! The figures seem well made, not flimsy at all, I don't feel worried with the rough play them getting broken even though they are small. Good little battle game.
My kids were so excited to test out these Bakugan toys. They dont know much about the game but that didnt stop them from playing. They preferred to just play with the toys rather than playing the actual game. They struggled a bit to put the toys back into a ball but after a while I got really good at it (they need to be done in a specific order). Not sure theyll ever get into this game but they still had fun with the toys. #gotitfree
Well our 6 year old was made up with this new Genesis Bakugan collection mainly due to the 2 that light up. For those of you that don't know what Bakugan are they are small creatures that you fold into a ball shape. They are fairly easy to fold but sometimes there one little hand that feels a bit tricky to get in. You have to fold them in a certain way to get it all in. When you battle with them when they hit the magnetic card they pop open. There's character cards explaining what they are, powers etc and although there is a rule book we enjoyed making our own up so that every one could play. Although they have small parts they are quite sturdy so despite our boys being rough with them they didn't break at all. Two of the Bakugan light up which our boys loved, ... We got this toy for a testing opportunity from #FamilyRatedClub and my son was never so happy to receive another toy to test out. We got out of the packaging with a little struggle but once we did he grabbed them and started closing them up and dropping them to see them open up. It is amazing to have light up ones as they really are fascinating toy to see how happy it made my son. Great toy and very durable. Great purchase for anyone who likes these types of toys.
I will be honest I am just the mum of a fan but what I can say is I have a very happy son!The Bakugan Genesis Collection – is a big collection, what seems to be the biggest available. Contains a mix of Bakugan, stands etc for a great battle. The light up feature is cool as is the colour changing.I like the fact you have stands for them after play so they are stored easily. What is best of all my son is pleased and enjoying them so it makes a happy parent. For a fan this is a great buy!
Bakugan EvolutionsGenesis collectionThis package has 2 nanogan, 4 BakuCores and 2 light-up Bakugan. There are not instructions on how to get them to work. The instructions are how to replace the batteries and very short on how to play a game. The warning on the back says it has inaccessible magnets and to keep it away from electronic and medical devices. Im glad it said this because it hinted that maybe the magnets made them work, and they do. There are magnets in some hexagon cards and 2 of the bigger cards. When you put the toys on these magnets they pop open. I would suggest more explanation on how to use them because we started throwing, rolling and dropping them to see how they open before we figured out to use the cards to make them open.Blue QR code ...
