Honestly, my review would probably be rated more like 4.5 or 4.75, but I'm still very satisfied with the product. I work in a warehouse and move a lot! My feet sweat a lot, and with my old socks, my feet were very, very itchy. After realizing the socks were the problem, the antimicrobial socks became the obvious choice for me. Within just a few days, the itching stopped. I wear women's size 7 shoes, and I think the size is EVER SO SLIGHTLY too big. But with a range of 6-8 for small socks, I suppose it makes sense. All padded/compressive areas of the socks are very comfortable, as advertised. The ding on the review comes from "healthy odor free dry." I've never had regularly stinky feet, but now ALWAYS my feet smell after taking off my shoes from work. I'll take a few minutes of stink over the itchy feet, but I wanted to be honest.

Perfect amount of padding for running/biking. Fabric doesn't make my feet sweat like some other brands with antimicrobial silver which really works to prevent sweat odor. Love these socks! I would like them to come up a little higher to keep dirt out when mountain biking/trail running; maybe they can make a version for that? Lastly, I sized up to the L/XL even though I'm a size 9 and I'm really glad I did because these run small.

The socks themselves are good. However, they arrived as part of a larger group of items, and had a grey colour pin type thing in them. I found it quite difficult to remove, and had to use metal implements. When I finally did, I saw that there was a spike in the tag. It's the kind of tag they have for security in stores so people don't steal things. The effect is that having bought an expensive pair of socks, there are holes in them from the jump because (I assume) Rebel forgot to take off the security tag before shipping the socks. I wanted to get some kind of exchange, return or refund, but Rebel's process for that is cumbersome so I thought I'd just never get clothes online from Rebel again - I forgot about it until I got the email to review this product.
