I’d use about 150 litres of petroleum jelly on my feet to keep the blisters away until one day I saw an add about friction blisters and a hammer hit me in the head kapow I thought this exactly what I have or get and I’m going to try these socks. I was jouviousto start with but I tried them and ooooh my god The absolute best thing for my feet I’ve ever purchased. These new socks that I’ve just purchased are even better than my old ones. Love these so much my partner is jealous. Buy them treat your feet mine have never been more happy

I am a 70 YO women who just participated in my first half Marathon. My feet hurt 90% of the time because of fallen arches and bunions. These socks supported my feet in appropriate areas and didn’t rub against bunions. End result, no pain, no blisters! I highly recommend.

Great socks...matched with Hoka One/One shoes, used on Celebrity cruise where I walked on average more than 10 miles each day...goal was to do 7 miles by 7 am each day.... I ended up walking about 100 miles in 9 days. This combination worked great and saved my feet. After my first order of 3 pairs to test, I ordered 3 more. I will order more. Meanwhile, I have mentioned "Belega socks" to other walkers and will continue to do so. I am in my 70's now and my feet and skin are not as strong as they once were so finding these socks has been special treat for me.I have both white and the Black/Reds. I used to buy these when I was running a lot. They used to hold up well. Originally purchased at an Rei in 2016. I finally had to purchase new ones a few years later. Got it on Amazon. They didn’t last longer than 6 months and I wasn’t using them to run anymore. That’s why I purchased the socks directly from Balega. Despite getting it from Balega the quality seems like it has changed since 2016. Despite the fact that it doesn’t seem to hold up as well as it did in 2016 they are still super comfortable. Until I find a better product at the same price point I will prolly keep purchasing these.
These socks feel like the best of all ingredients for my feet. The cush, the wicking, the cut, the stretch, the material - and they last, run after run after run. I just replaced my first batch which I've had for a couple of years. Yes, years! That's 250+ runs/year. I wear other socks, just to shake things up a bit, but for pure running, these are by far, the best socks I've ever worn. I have high arches, high insteps, my feet sweat a lot even on super cold runs, and I have Raynaud's! Take that combo and try to find socks that work for miles and miles of running on roads, trails and hikes too - in hot, humid weather, as well as subzero snow and ice. Well, I found those socks in the Balega Blister Resist Sock.
I bought myself 2 pairs of these going off of a recommendation from my daughter and I am so happy I did! I never knew I could be so thrilled over a pair of socks! I tried the Hidden Comfort ones as well and although they are comfy I prefer these ones! I run on average 4-6 miles at a time and these do me well, although my daughter just ran a marathon and only wears these socks.
I buy these socks over and over. I first bought them for blister free running; however, I ordered some for my husband and he loved them so much he won't wear any other socks. They are SO COMFORTABLE; they don't get sweaty and you never get blisters. I pay extra for THESE SOCKS because they're totally worth it. I love Sock Geek, too.

super comfortable and I have no blisters. I've struggled in the past to find running socks that don't wriggle around, provide a good level of comfort but prevent blisters. I've found them. Will be buying these for many years to come.
