This speaker is incredible. I am absolutely blown away with how loud and clear this sounds. There is no distortion at any volume, the bass is powerful, high, and mids are also great. If you listen at a moderate volume, battery life is as advertised, but at max volume it lasts just under 2 hours. The app and EQ are also a nice addition. Highly recommend

What sound from a moderate size speaker! Bass is not lacking even in larger rooms. Battery lasts at lower volume level. At +80% and higher volume levels will last several hours enough for a party (2-3 hours). It's the sound quality and build quality that is evident.

I love this speaker! I got it to replace my Bose speaker that had battery issues after years of use. I wanted a speaker of high quality. After doing research, I found that Bang and Olefsun had high ratings. I always buy from Best Buy and they had it on sale, bonus! It sounds amazing. A bit on the bassy side but I'm sure I could adjust that on my phone equalizer.

Pluses and minuses here. This unit definitely has more power and deeper bass than the Beolit 12. The bass is heavy, though, and dominates the spectrum, rendering a lot of sensitive songs muddy. With a lot of work on an equalizer, the effect can be softened. The Bluetooth is a huge improvement, though; it connects easily and holds the connection for hours. The unit clearly works better than the old one away from a corner; the old one needed a corner to properly reflect the bass capabilities. Overall, an improvement, but it seems to cater to younger listeners who like deep bass. I wish there was some software that could moderate the bass and enhance the treble further, as well as midrange. It needs it, particularly for jazz and classical music.
I’ve compared this speaker to the Sonos move and Bose portable speaker. This speaker has a lot more body and quality bass. It does not give 360 degree sound like the other two, however I was looking for a top of the line audio quality that I can take anywhere. At $550 is a bit steep but well worth it. I got it on sale and it was a no brainer.

Had a 15 and 17 now a 20. All I can say is Bang & Olufsen hammered the the 20. Perfect latest software is just incredible amazing. Have had many I mean many Bluetooth speakers 40 to be exactly 37. a lot of thought has gone into it. Missed nothing! If you like all Types of music this is your Bluetooth. Perfect mids highs and bass. Very clear! No disappointment at all listen low or high perfect and very detailed!Little pricey its worth double its very well built. Looks great but only because of the high price tag. It seems really shady when speaker companies purposefully leave out the specs that they know customers are looking for when trying to decide if they want to buy their speaker.See, if your not listing the watts of power the speaker can supply to its drivers then it makes one assume the price is too high in comparison to the power it's amplifier/s can produce. Therefore, the full specs with the power output of the speaker is kept a secret, which also has the effect of leaving barely any way for customers to get an idea of how loud the speaker is or compare how loud it could be and most will choose to buy a speaker that is proud to say how much power the speaker has.
No fancy features, but this thing will fill a ballroom with deep, crisp sound. It’s a high-fi mono speaker which sounds especially good when wired to a computer playing FLAC or WAV files. Very impressive. You’re getting exactly what you’re paying for. If I had another $500 gift card, I’d buy a second one and use their stereo mode.
I really wanted to like this item, but unfortunately the lack of power after reaching the halfway mark of the battery is very poor. Charge doesn’t stay for more than 2/3 hours. And you can’t even plug in to enjoy the full power.
