An herb for increased stamina against stress, anxiety, poor sleep just to name a few benefits. I have been taking this her for some time and would not want to be without it in my home. I put level teaspoon in my smoothie every morning and make a wonderful drink at night around 7 PM with cocoa power, soy milk, 1/2 teas. Ceylon cinnamon, and about 1/4 teas (less) of cardamon (strong spice) and little honey. great tasting and you are unable to taste the ashwaghanda powder. Do not cook honey or the spices, remove pan from heat after heating milk, or alternative liquids and cocoa powder then add the rest of the ingredients. Banyan has the best powder as it is a fine powder mixed easily (not chalky unlike other distributors.)

I love Banyan Botanicals but since moving to Ireland I haven't been able to order from them. I was really happy to see some of their products, like this triphala, on iHerb! Fast delivery and the super high quality I expect from Banyan. I hope more of their products will be available here soon!

I chose this over the capsules because it is important to taste the herbs in Ayurveda medicine. This supplement is good for detoxification and benefits your regularity. Composition is fine powder that needs no further mixing - just take with warm water. The taste can be unpleasant but the quality is very good.

Bought this for constipation. I works really good. Helps keep things moving without causing diarrhea. Taste is definitely not great but I have been able to manage. The benefit outweighs the bad taste.
I love this product, triphala is part of my constant therapy for cleansing inside out and am so happy to find the Banyan presentation here. Cannot recommend it enough. This brand produces organic herbals and is really different from other sources that have tried (including Indian brands)
I ordered the 1/2 lb of Triphala Powder late on the Friday before Christmas. The day after Christmas I received email notification in the morning it had shipped, scheduled delivery that Friday. It arrived Thursday before noon. Excellent Customer Service. My plan is to do Triphala cleansing the whole month of January, yet I went on and started. This is my first powder regimen, having taken. Capsules and tea before. The taste is quite tolerable to me and I can already feel the cleansing and elimination unfolding. I am pleased with the appearance as it looks very consistent, both color and granule size. Thank you for such quality products and excellent service. 🙏
I took this triphala to try to help with my constipation and other digestive issues, and to maybe help with mild fatigue (I am 24 years old and innately pitta, but currently have vata issues) . I took the lower end of the dose and then gradually increased it after seeing no results, but it did not seem to matter the amount since there was no change, and I ended up taking large amounts. What I did notice was a significant increase in fatigue and weakness, and rapid weight loss, but I am skinny and have trouble maintaining weight, so that was a problem, also furthering the fatigue and weakness. I asked customer support and looked it up myself and these are possible side effects for some (of course it just had to happen to me!). The recommendation was to stop it for a ... This was disappointing because most have such great success with it, but I am an odd exception. So it may still work for you, and I suggest trying it, as the price is very good for the amount of powder, so it would not be a huge loss anyway.

Triphala first introduced as a nightly tea when i worked with an ayurvedic practitioner to prepare for a panchakarma. Of course I didn’t like the taste, and years later gratefully started taking store brand tablets. Happy to find Banyans products are so vibrant. I can't say yet if Im experiencing any real difference with the product. in yhe area of regularity it hasnt made a difference based on the recommended dose. I'm considering taking more which other literature supports. I will keep taking and hope I can see the real benefit.
