The house itself was in great shape. Unfortunately, Macy’s shipped it in the toy packaging with no exterior box so the display box was covered in tape and pretty much destroyed. It also was clearly a Barbie dream house sitting on my front porch when I got home with my kids. Hard to pretend it’s from Santa after that.

I wasn't entirely sure about a plastic dollhouse- they always seem of lower quality, a bit cheap. But to have a true barbie house there is no other option.i think the value for money is ok, you always expect to pay a little more for Barbie products and the size and fun my daughter had definitely made it an ideal choice. There aren't loads of accessories but that's ok with me, plenty come with the dolls and you can then add to it as you want.I was please it can close/ fold away but you still need to take out all the Barbie / doll accessories to get it to close so it isn't perfect but I am perfectly happy with it.Would recommend for barbie fans!

The dollhouse did not come in a shipping box, it came in the manufacturer’s box. The box was torn, had holes and was noticeably taped in places to hide that it had been previously open. I decided to keep it until Christmas hoping I could still put it together for my daughter. No luck! Pieces were missing and some parts did not line up correctly to even build it. Very disappointing and I returned in the store which was beyond inconvenient.

We have kindly been sent a Barbie Malibu Townhouse to review.As soon as the box arrived all 3 of my children (girl aged 8, girl aged 6 and boy aged 4) were so excited.My husband (with a little help from my 8 year old) set about putting the house together.He said it was pretty straight forward putting the house together. There were lots of little extras that my little girl loved finding room for.Upon its completion I was dumbfounded at how large the house was whilst in play mode, I was concerned as to where we could put the house when not in use. My daughter received this as a gift and absolutely loved it! The pieces were easy to assemble; though, of course needed parents help considering she’s 6. No type of issues with the pieces looks or coloring etc; pretty detailed. Glad had some stickers to put on but not too much. Overall I definitely think is a great gift!
I purchased the Barbie 3 story Townhouse for my 7 yr old granddaughter. It was on sale, so I found the price to be good. I found it easy to get put together, except for applying the stickers. My biggest negative is that some parts don't fasten together tightly enough to stay together during play. The swinging chair falls off it's hood very easily, and the recliners on the roof don't go up and down as easily as expected. I love that I can fold it for storage.Overall, my granddaughter is very happy with it, so I'm happy also.

Haven’t opened the box but came in absolutely smashed and taped with white packing tape as if it was previously opened. Awaiting a response from seller to see what they will do in response to hearing from me that this is unacceptable and not what we paid for.
I ordered this and I am tired of looking at where it says that this is a used toy so they are using false advertisement to lure buyers! I am furious! I called Walmart and will be returning this item. Who in their right mind would pay 140...plus tax about 155 for a used toy. If it is used it should be stated! Do not buy from this seller!
