I started with a resin from Bunnings which was a resin used for flooring.As I wanted it for moulds and to learn craft diy I bought this resin.Delivery was really quick with protective packaging.One quick lesson during winter was to have heating on 25 degrees as it cured before I got to finish.20ml + 10ml goes a long way.I was able to make 6 bezel charms and more with such little resin.I leave it to cure over 24hours but it started to harden quickly.The results are beautiful and clear.I live this product and would recommend it to anyone who wants to start using resin.

I have used a few different brands and types of resin, but NOTHING compares to Epoxycast. Easy to measure, mix and pour, sets enough to demould in 3-4hours (Gold Coast, QLD climate). Accepts all colourants incredibly well, crystal clear, minimal bubbles, and hard wearing once cured. This is now my "go to" resin. Value, quality and ease of use is fantastic. I bought the 1.5kg pack (1kg part A, 0.5kg part B) and have been using it for 3 weeks, ZERO issues... Also, shipping was FAST! From ordered to delivered in 3 business days! Thank you Barnes!
I recently bought the 1.5 kg kit of Epoxycast Resin directly from you ( Barnes) rather than from a hobby shop (as I usually do). When the package arrived, the Part B Hardener was yellow. I know from experience with resins that the hardener goes yellow with age. All non-UV stable resins will do this, but should have a shelf life of about 12-18 months. This batch is quite yellow. I sent a photo of the yellow batch alongside the remains of the previous batch (totally clear) and after several emails and phone calls, got nowhere. You refused to admit that there was anything wrong with the batch of resin sent to me and insisted it is naturally yellow, despite me saying that I have bought the product several times and it is always clear. HiIt sets well and has a good viscosity but the biggest problem for me is the small bottle- the liquid is like water and to pour accurately I am always spilling over the table. I think it would help if there was either a spout on the bottle or the bottle was smaller.
Looks fantastic every single time. Easy mix, great finishes even without polishing, Great product! The only problem ive found with 1.5L pack is the spout is in the middle of the round bottle, it makes it rather difficult to pour out small amounts accurately, But thats something that can be side stepped with droppers! Still a great resin
This resin is perfect! Not too thin, and not too thick. It has a long working time, and it's thick enough that many of my inclusions don't sink. I also save money by buying resin locally. I think this is the resin I'll be sticking to from now on!

Have tried a few different resins but Epoxycast is the best! Have been using it consistently for 2 years now. The staff in the Brisbane store are always lovely. Any time I have reached out for assistance online, I have received prompt and helpful advice. Just my all round favourite.
