This is a great remote controlled car, very fast, drives straight, and can be used in water. If it were more durable I would've given it 5 stars, but it could not hold up to occasional use by my 5 year old son. Someone else mentioned a wheel breaking off their 6 year olds RC car, and the same thing happened to ours. I don't know whether the broken plastic part that connects the wheel to the body is repairable, but I do know that gorilla/krazy glue is unlikely to be a permanent fix. it's too bad they didn't make the part metal instead of plastic.Aside from the durability, this is a really fun RC car to drive. I highly recommend springing for a protection plan though, especially if you're giving this to a 5/6 year old boy!

My boys, 9 & 7, were tickled to be able to try out the Batman All-Terrain Batmobile Remote Control Vehicle. With a love of Batman and RC cars they couldnt wait to get this toy outside. Today we took the Batmobile out for a spin on some different terrains to test it out. The vehicle drives pretty well, almost too well, on grass, rocks, dirt, even sand at the playground. We didnt get an opportunity to drive on water, but Im sure it would do so successfully. This little thing really zooms, but the speed combined with its light weight finds it very often tumbling over upside down with the inability to turn itself back right side up again. You can create a decent distance between the remote and the vehicle for being a childs toy. My kids loved this batmobile. It is one of the most powerful kids RC we've ever used.I was initially a little worried because it seemed so light weight i wasn't sure how it would hold up to rugged driving.But my kids drove it through fields, over bumps, jumps, rocks and water. They crashed more than a few times and there isn't one scratch or dent to it.My kids favourite feature was how it can drive through water.As a mother i loved the built in charging cable, no looking around the house for it when needed.The run time isn't the longest which was a little tough with 4 excited kids and it took some getting used to the power, lots of flipping initially but it is something they do eventually figure out.
Bought this RC car as a Christmas gift. My 4yr old has been really enjoying it. Its light weight which makes it move pretty fast for what i was expenting. Seems to be pretty powerful considering rhe price range. The tires are mostly foam with a center rubber grip. Works well on most surfaces, but i havent tried it on water since its winter right now, nor have i tried it on snow. I would imagine it would work very good on harder packed snow though. The remote seems fairly cheap but hasnt shown any problems so far. On the bottom of the batmobile is a cover with a usb cable for charging. The only problem with the usb cable is that its a little annoying to try and ravel the cord up to close the cover properly. Used it one day, and the left side of the wheels don’t turn or spin. Tried trouble shooting and replacing batteries and click the left button on controller as support page says and still doesn’t work. Son loves it and favorite Christmas present and an absolute bummer that this is happening. Figured it would be much better being all terrain haven’t even put it in water, snow or outside. Been playing on concrete floors so no understanding why this would happen
