The quality on these printed miniatures is amazing for the price. An excellent addition to your regular Battletech and Alpha Strike games. You might wind up with a little flashing to clear but more than likely you'll get ready to use minis in each box-- till you're ready to paint them. If I had one gripe with them, and this really isn't a complaint about the product, it is that it takes a bit of work if you want to repose a mech as they come pretty set in premade poses.

I think the Command Lance is the perfect mix of needed mechs for starting your time with Battletech you get one of the most iconic Heavy Mechs and also my personal favorite Heavy.You also get two lights with the beginner box now existing this makes it even better as an expansion to that to compliment your collection.The hardest bit is deciding paint scheme for it all

This is a four pack of BattleTech Mech miniatures. Product arrived faster than expected, was playing with them within the week. Product was pre-primed easy to paint, with very few mold lines or warping. Will be buying more for all my future BattleTech battles.

Here’s another great mech lance from catalyst. There are some older mechs in here that are great for those collecting older mechs from 3025 and before. This a good set that can be used for gameplay in later eras too.
Any game involving models can be expensive. This pack of four plastic models for MSRP is rare. The designs are the same ones from the 80's. Minimal flash, and occasional burr to remove. If you want to paint some retro robots, play the full on crunchy game, or paint something tank like this is a great choice.
I've been trying to pick up this box for over a year. I've got the original sculpts from the 80s/90s so I didn't need to pay full price directly from Catalyst, and even they haven't had it in stock too often. I love these sculpts so much. It reminds me of my childhood. I'll probably buy another box soon.
These minis are really good! I was surprised by their detail. Plus, the plastic is easy to clean (very little flash, well done). I messed up on my first try at camo but there was plenty of detail so I did a light reprime and went again...and mini turned out perfect. MM's pricing made this the perfect entry back into BT. Thanks!
I love me some Battletech minis. The designs on these are really nice, they're still PVC minis, the details are much softer than a GW mini, with some amount of mold line flashing and damage as well, especially on the smaller sculpts. But robots figures handle that well, they paint up fine and you won't notice the imperfections on the table. Also given that this one box will give you a full force for normal sized game of Battletech, they're a really reasonable price (the downside being that once you start playing you'll buy them all).
ill start with my gripes as other then them everything about this set is great. first off, i think the Marauder sculpt should have been 5% to 10% larger as it feels a bit small nextr to other mechs of the same tonnage. Second, the preassembled nature of the miniatures makes cleaning off mold lines and flash way more difficult then it should. personally i would much prefer to have these unassembled on a sprue. everything else is great, the sculpts are good and look like the classic mechs. the plastic is durable and holds detail well and while not quite as good as GW plastic its a very close second. takes well to drilling as well, I've had no problems with any of the gun-barrels in that regard.
This is my first box of this newest iteration of 'mechs. I really like it. I especially like how the models are sized appropriately to their lore tonnage. You don't have a 20ton mech being the same size as an 80ton mech.
