I play tennis but got Golf Elbow. No idea how that happened?? Tried two other brands - too many straps and not comfortable. Got the EpiTrain, one size smaller as reading the reviews commented. wow! it's so comfortable with plenty of support. Didn't know both can exist together. Virtually wearing it whole day without any issue and it does relieve the pain. I still feel the muscle pulling/stiffing but without the pain. Great product.

The brace feels snug and supportive when using during exercise and has reduced soreness and pain while in use. The brave also looks discreet when wearing and remains in place while performing exercises. Has been a great help to continue workouts and not resulted in any discomfort.

This is certainly supporting my arm well and is a massive improvement on chemist shop style elbow supports in terms of fit and quality. The only issue I've found is that it takes a long time to dry after hand washing because it's not supposed to go either in the drier or in the sun, which doesn't leave much!

Really like this brace. Great fabric and really effective compression. I’m very small and the size zero is a bit loose on my elbow but I’ve got around that by adding a pharmacy-bought compression band underneath.

After the first few months of being back in the clinic I have a dramatic change in my right arm and now am dealing with carpal tunnel and lateral epicondylitis. I was seeing an orthopedic doctor and going to physical therapy for several months along with doing stretches etc. at home. While these things did help I'm still having constant pain in my elbow. One of my fellow hygienists told me about this EpiTrain Arm Brace and after using it for just one week I am starting to get relief that I have desperately been searching for! The pads on each side of the brace compressing the muscles in my forearm gives my elbow a break and a chance to start healing. I'm still having some soreness at the end of the day but it's not carrying through the weekend like it did before. The only con is that I did the measurements following the instructions given and the size I ordered seemed to fit but was a bit loose on my elbow area. I was going to return it but don't want to go a day at work without it, and having to send it back and reorder would take too long to go without and right now the cost is a bit too expensive for me to just order another one without having the refund first. I think the brace would work even better if tighter to the elbow, but for now I will work with what I ordered, and order a smaller size when I have the money to do so.
I have been suffering from tennis elbow for over two years. I took eight months off playing golf and after coming back to the game, played with a strap around the elbow area, however, would still often experience a lot of discomfort after playing. It was difficult to get the strap in the exact same place every time and also to get the correct level of tightness. The EpiTrain Elbow brace has been a game changer. It sits in the same spot every time and gives me the confidence to play pain-free. I do still experience pain away from golf in day-to-day life and will sometimes revert to wearing the brace to alleviate the pain and it works well. I can't recommend this enough to anyone who has struggled with tennis elbow.
I tried all the brands out there, 3m, Mueller and McDavid, they even not as good as the cheapest one from Amazon. But Bauerfeind is totally different, enough pressure also comfort and breathable. when I focus on working, can’t even feel it, I try one first, then I bought another 3, now I got 2pairs of them, one for sports, one for daily working. Let me try how long it could last, only downside maybe a little bit pricey, but we get what we pay for.
Super comfortable and low profile to wear with the right amount of support. Sizing is spot on and support can be boosted by the addition of the strap, as advised go one size larger for the strap to give more overlap. Can be worn daily under clothing as it’s low profile enough not to. get in the way.
I do a lot of fabric cutting with hand held scissors, before my elbow brace I could not go an our without being in severe pain. The brace has helped me perform at peak and now can cut fabrics 2 to 4 hours straight. Wowww
The EpiTrain elbow brace has significantly helped my tennis elbow. Immediate relief and very supportive. In conjunction with my physio exercises, I highly recommend wearing this most of the time in the initial injury phase (1 month for me), followed by, when I'm doing activities on the injured side or when my forearm muscles are tired.
