Be quiet! Shadow Rock 3 CPU Cooler

Received in great condition and on-time naman. Had to get this as temporary cooling as my previous Silent Loop 2 AIO 360mm suddenly started overheating after about 1.5 years... The Shadow Rock 3 cooler works well with Ryzen 9 5900X ^_^

I have a Ryzen 3700x which was idling at 60+ degrees with the stock cooler. I have now replaced the stock cooler with this one and the cpu now idles at around 30 degrees instead. And as an added bonus I no longer have any stupid RGB lighting.After running the cpu at 100% for over 2 hours the highest temperature I recorded was 83 degrees and the fan was barely audable. I highly recommend this cooler as a replacment.

Got this for my 13600KF. I was worried about the TDP, since the cooler has 190 W and the CPU reaches 181W.It turns out that this mid-range cooler works pretty well.Even under a 100% work load compiling a large project, the temperature stabilizes at 80 degree an all the cores reach the maximum boost speed. Also, the noise is almost not noticeable.There are two issues however- they used some bad glue on the protection film under the heat sink. I got a lot of leftover on the contact surface after the film was removed. Have spent a lot of effort to clean the surface.- the fin of the head sink is sharp and can cut fingers. Have to wear gloves to hold it.

for the Price point this is a good budget cpu coolercons the fins in this particular model are not stacks densely compered to some other cooler model, so it get easily bent if you are not careful during the mounting processthis however doesnt affect the cooling performance because the individuall fins are substantially biggerPros with sparsely fin stacks, a speciall fan blade to achive high amount of static pressure, is not requiered. Completely silent

This was very colourful but so noisy it had to go. Glad I kept the motherboard backplate, as that's what this cooler uses (no AMD backplate supplied). Fitting the cooler is no more than moderately fiddly and the instructions are OK - the flat side of the cooler (the one with the t of 'be quiet' neaerest) goes towards the memory blocks. Strongly recommend centring the aluminium locking bridge and putting the screws through its holes before placing the whole thing down onto the CPU and mounting plate. The rear screw is the tricky one - get that started, and then the supplied screwdriver goes down ... More... to the extent that I now cannot tell if my PC is on or off. Excellent cooling, a little tricky to install

An extremely quiet cooler with good performance on my slightly overclocked 8 core Ryzen 1800X. Installation could be easier, the final step requiring you to balance a screw on the securing crossbar as you install it. Can't help think you're meant to lower it into place with the supplied magnetic screwdriver, but the screw head is too big. Caveat: if you're wondering what the washers are for (AMD), as the install sheet doesn't mention them, there's an updated guide online. Clips for two fans are included, so you could add a second to improve performance on a high TDP system.

Great CPU cooler

This is a great cooler. It runs quietly. If you're worried about the look, know that the silver version looks good, but it's a bit brighter than shown in the photos. I would have preferred the look in the photos, so I didn't like that it was brighter, but that wasn't the deciding factor. Installation was easy but did cause some concerns.Once installed, the back panel was too close to the motherboard. I couldn't get away from the thought that something bad would happen when the power was switched on. But it turned out to be OK. I highly recommend this fan.

Great fan, reasonable cooling, looks good in white !

Fitted this on my i9-12900KS and it maintains 65-70c while gaming. Ensure it comes with a free lga-1700 fitting kit if you need it !!. Overclockers have them and BeQuiet will send for free too if not in the box. Note the heatpipes are angled to clear your ram slots on lga-1700 boards. Use their motherboard compatability checker on their website. Shame this is white yet they fitted a black fan !? (Bequiet have white fans too). Note the fitted fan is 1600rpm not 1100rpm as with their others.

Return to air coolers

My last three water cooled systems have ended up with pump failures, and the failures were always at the worst times. After reading a few reviews, I settled on this cooler. It's actually performing better than the last couple of AIO's I've owned. Installation was simple, with a well thought out design preventing over tightening.

Very well built CPU cooler, it brings its screwdriver so you can install it with ease, so if you require a large cabinet to install it without a problem, consider the dimensions before buying it. I chose it because it was the best cost-benefit ratio.The way the dissipation tubes are arranged gives it a design that leaves the memory bank free to have it accessible. Bring a bit of thermal paste enough to complete the installation. It does not generate considerable noise, it is silent. It has an excellent design, I like it very much, it is functional and the packaging is quite good so that it arrives totally safe and sound.
