Im still trying to figure out if it is actually as noise canceling as my previous headphones. I do wish the app allowed for more options to customize sound, not that its a deal breaker but i could see that being really cool as well as if they auto powered on when opened. As far as would i recommend them, absolutely. But of course i have some concerns based on the correlation between price point and durability that only time will tell! I hope to try more products from them and see how they expand their company in the sense of innovation.

I have listened to these for hours without making a dent in the battery percentage and are easy to charge with a usb c cable. Most importantly I love the crisp sound and acoustics that these provide listening to music and podcasts. I would definitely recommend these to anyone that’s looking for over the head noise cancelling headphones!

A lot to like but quirks break the experience.

A signature profile, and entertainment profile and a conversation style profile. They all do pretty good for their respective uses. Now the quirks which are the dealbreakers. Gone is the H1 chip from Apple and is a new Beats chip which allow setup of the headphones on both android and iOS to be seamless. While great for android users it takes away certain features present in much older Beats headphones such as Apples Headphone Accommodations feature is not usable with these Beats but spatial audio with head tracking is present. Automatic ear detection is gone so you must play manually or pause unlike AirPods Max which have this feature. Audio quality is excellent but do not believe the reviews that say they sound like AirPods Max they do not. They are more bass heavy and are prone to interference they just randomly cut out or even disconnect. What gives? Is this a problem with the new Beats chip? The build quality doesn’t feel good at all. In fact they feel just as cheap as the original Beats Studio headphones. It’s plastic all around and it snaps and folds into itself to go into its case. The case is nice but the headphones feel so cheaply made. Earcup on the older model used to come off or come loose. I’m almost certain that this model will have the same problems. Also once you start to excessively sweat too, it makes them impossible to wear. Although they aren’t as tight as the terrible Beats Solo Pro. Overall the headphones sound pretty good not as good as Air Pods Max and with the feature limits that other Apple and Beats headphones have I cannot recommend them. I spent almost a week with them and their quirks make it impossible for me to recommend

Beats Studio Pro: A Fun but Flawed Upgrade
24 November 2023

The Beats Studio Pro are the latest over-ear headphones from the Apple-owned brand, boasting improved noise cancellation, battery life, and sound quality. However, they also come with a hefty price tag of $349, which puts them in direct competition with some of the best headphones on the market, such as the Sony WH-1000XM4 and the AirPods Max. Are the Beats Studio Pro worth the splurge, or are they a case of style over substance? The first thing you'll notice about the Beats Studio Pro is their sleek and minimalist design, which is a departure from the flashy and colorful aesthetic of previous Beats models. Are the Beats Studio Pro worth the splurge, or are they a case of style over substance? The first thing you'll notice about the Beats Studio Pro is their sleek and minimalist design, which is a departure from the flashy and colorful aesthetic of previous Beats models. The headphones are available in four colors: black, deep brown, navy, and sandstone. They have a matte finish and a subtle Beats logo on each ear cup. The headphones are also fairly lightweight, weighing 9.17 ounces, and can be folded for easy storage in the included soft carrying case. The Beats Studio Pro have a simple and intuitive control scheme, with a multifunction button on the right ear cup that can play/pause music, answer/end calls, and activate Siri or Google Assistant. The button also has a LED ring that indicates the battery level and the ANC mode. The left ear cup has a volume rocker that can also skip tracks or go back to the previous song. The headphones have a USB-C port for charging and a 3.5mm jack for wired listening, which are both welcome features that the AirPods Max lack. The Beats Studio Pro claim to offer up to 40 hours of battery life with ANC off, and up to 24 hours with ANC on. These are impressive numbers that surpass the Sony WH-1000XM4 (30 hours with ANC on) and the AirPods Max (20 hours with ANC on). The headphones also support fast charging, giving you four hours of playback from a 10-minute charge. In our testing, the battery life matched the advertised figures, and we never had to worry about running out of juice. The sound quality of the Beats Studio Pro is decent, but not exceptional. The headphones have a V-shaped sound profile, which means they emphasize the bass and the treble, while the midrange is somewhat recessed. This makes the headphones sound fun and energetic, but also somewhat artificial and unbalanced. The bass is punchy and powerful, but can also be boomy and muddy at times. The treble is bright and clear, but can also be harsh and sibilant at times. The midrange is smooth and warm, but can also be overshadowed by the bass and the treble. The soundstage is narrow and closed, which makes the headphones sound less spacious and immersive than some of their competitors. The noise cancellation of the Beats Studio Pro is good, but not great. The headphones have three ANC modes: On, Off, and Transparency. The On mode blocks out most of the ambient noise, such as traffic, airplane engines, and office chatter. However, it also introduces some hissing and pressure, which can be annoying and uncomfortable. The Off mode turns off the ANC, but also the passive isolation, which means you'll hear everything around you. The Transparency mode lets in some of the ambient noise, so you can be aware of your surroundings and have conversations without taking off the headphones. However, this mode also sounds unnatural and tinny, and can distort the music. The comfort of the Beats Studio Pro is mediocre, and depends largely on the size and shape of your ears and head. The headphones have soft and plush memory foam ear pads, which feel nice and cozy at first. However, the ear pads are also small and shallow, which means they might not fit well over larger ears, and might press against them instead. This can cause fatigue and pain after a while, especially if you wear glasses. The headband is also stiff and tight, which can create a lot of pressure on the top of your head. The ear pads and the headband are also not very breathable, which can make your ears and head sweat and overheat after a while. The Beats Studio Pro are a fun but flawed upgrade from the previous Beats Studio models. They have a sleek and minimalist design, a simple and intuitive control scheme, a long and fast-charging battery life, and a fun and energetic sound quality. However, they also have a hefty price tag, a mediocre noise cancellation, a narrow soundstage, and a mediocre comfort. If you're a fan of the Beats brand and sound, you might enjoy the Beats Studio Pro. However, if you're looking for the best headphones on the market, you might want to look elsewhere.

Better options for the price

For the price these headphones are a huge disappointment and lack several key features that other headphones in the catagory have. CONS: 1. The sound quality is awful and lack of an adjustable EQ is huge. There is no bass so if thats important to you i would avoid these at all costs. Every other headphone at this price point, even some below, allow you to adjust ghe EQ. Actually, you can adjust the EQ between three preset ones IF you make a wired connection to your phone or computer, but it’s 2023 and noone wants to do that. Not acceptable for a $350 pair of headphones. 2. No ability to connect to multiple devices at the same time. If you want to switch between your phone and computer seamlessly then you’re out of luck. PROS: 1. The transparency mode is good, but not a reason to buy. I wouldn’t even buy these on sale. Something like the Sony WH-XB910N is vastly superior in every way.

First ANC Device

My first purchase and first time use of ANC. I have been using these Beats Studio Pros for about 2 weeks now and try to use them everyday for a little bit on movie streaming and music. Initially I was taken aback by the feel of ANC, makes you feel like you’re under water or in a plane acending/descending, needing to pop your ears. I used the Apple setup to map my ears for “spacial audio” and that is something I am not yet used to and am considering turning off. Back to the ANC which was my sole reason for purchasing these, they work pretty well. My office uses airline whitenoise and it 100% blocks that out. The real test is on an actual plane and I’ll definitely be adding to my review once I take these on a trip. 5 stars because I find these to be a great price ... MoreMy first purchase and first time use of ANC. Battery is great as well as I’ve only charged it once in the last 2 weeks and it hasn’t died on me yet. There was a review that I read before purchasing about how these do not pause/play automatically like Airpods do when you take them off mid-play, and while that is still the case (since iOS 17.1 being released) its not a deal breaker for me. I am one of the few that dont really care about that.

For reference, I own the Airpods Pro 2, Airpods 3rd gen, Airpods Max, and Sennheiser HD 550S. I love every one of these headphones and was hoping to get a lightweight and stylish alternative to my Airpods Max that could be my daily driver. For those who own 3rd generation Airpods or newer, don't get these. For those who don't, wait for a sale. The battery life is easily the best feature of the beats studio pro sporting a higher battery life than all of my other portable headphones to the point that I never had to charge them for the whole week that I had these. The noise cancelling is pretty effective falling short only to the Airpods Max and Sony's XM5s which is saying quite a bit. The transparency is better than every other headphone I've tried aside from any of the Airpods Pro or Max.As for the sound quality; it is the main reason I ended up returning these. For those who have experienced the Airpods Max's adaptive EQ and wide drivers, these will fall completely flat in comparison. The mids (vocals and most instruments) and high ends (guitars and hi hats) sound very clean and at times better than the Sony XM5s, however, the lack of bass and definition in comparison to the Airpods Max and Pro was disappointing from a brand that has a history for their emphasis on bass.Overall, these are good headphones and to those who are just getting into high end headphones, these will not disappoint and as an added bonus, they will look like a genuine fashion piece at times. However, for those looking to go with an alternative to replace their Airpods, these aren't it.

Immerse Yourself in Luxury: A Review of the Beats
8 November 2023

Design and Comfort:The deep brown hue of the Beats Studio Pro is nothing short of stunning. It exudes a sophisticated vibe that stands out in a sea of black and white headphones. The soft over-ear cushions are comfortable for long listening sessions, and the build quality feels sturdy without being too heavy on the head. The attention to detail in the finish gives these headphones a premium look and feel that justifies the price tag.Sound Quality:Beats has come a long way from its bass-heavy roots, and the Studio Pro is a testament to that evolution. The sound profile is balanced with a slight emphasis on the low-end, making them ideal for modern genres like hip-hop, EDM, and pop. The mids are clear, and the highs are crisp without being piercing. The soundstage ... MoreDesign and Comfort:The deep brown hue of the Beats Studio Pro is nothing short of stunning. The sound profile is balanced with a slight emphasis on the low-end, making them ideal for modern genres like hip-hop, EDM, and pop. The mids are clear, and the highs are crisp without being piercing. The soundstage isn't as wide as some audiophile headphones, but it's impressive for closed-back, noise-canceling headphones.Active Noise Cancellation (ANC):The ANC feature on the Studio Pro is top-notch. It effectively blocks out ambient noise, allowing for an immersive listening experience. Whether I was in a busy cafe or commuting, the headphones managed to isolate me from the distractions of the outside world.Battery Life and Connectivity:Battery life is stellar, with the headphones lasting through multiple days of moderate use on a single charge. The inclusion of fast charging is a lifesaver for those times when you need a quick boost before heading out. Bluetooth connectivity is reliable and straightforward, with minimal dropouts and a generous range.Additional Features:The touch controls are intuitive and responsive, making it easy to adjust volume, skip tracks, and take calls without reaching for your device. The built-in microphone quality is clear for phone calls, and the voice assistant integration is a convenient touch for on-the-go use. Conclusion:The Beats Studio Pro headphones are a significant investment, but they deliver where it counts. They offer a combination of style, comfort, and performance that's hard to find in the saturated market of premium headphones. While they may not satisfy the most critical audiophiles, they strike an excellent balance for everyday listeners who want a bit of luxury in their audio experience. If you're in the market for a high-end pair of headphones that make a statement both in aesthetics and audio performance, the Beats Studio Pro in deep brown is a compelling choice.

Alright, so I've been using the Beats Studio Pro headphones for a while now, and I've got to say, they've definitely got some impressive things going on. The sound quality is top-notch – crisp highs and deep bass that make my music really come alive. I've been rediscovering old classics and hearing details I never noticed before. The noise cancellation is a game-changer for me. Plus, the comfort factor is on point. I've worn them for hours during long flights without any discomfort or that annoying ear-squishing feeling. But here's the thing – they're not exactly subtle. I mean, they're a bit flashy with that big "B" logo and all. Sometimes I just want to blend in, you know? Also, the price tag is no joke. I get that quality comes at a cost, but it's still a bit of a wallet-pincher.All in all, if you're after excellent sound, killer noise cancellation, and a comfy fit, these headphones are definitely worth considering. They've become my go-to for my music and podcasts. Just keep in mind the bold design and the investment you're making.

first off, I was close to giving these 4 stars dont get me wrong an extremely amazing headphone sound quality in my opinion is the best you can get for the price. but if you prefer a more booming bass with lower sound quailty and slightly better comfort id go witht the new bose quiet conforts or old sony xm4s although the xm4s were a little more comfortable sounded way worse in audio quality in my opinion but the bose incredibly comfortable and definitely slightly better noice cancelling. but if you prefer a better looking headphone and incredible immersive audio id pick these beats. the reason i bumped it up to 5 stars is the dolby atmos lossless audio these provide when you use the wire( the only headphones that arent crazy expensive that can do this) it is a ... Morefirst off, I was close to giving these 4 stars dont get me wrong an extremely amazing headphone sound quality in my opinion is the best you can get for the price. but if you prefer a more booming bass with lower sound quailty and slightly better comfort id go witht the new bose quiet conforts or old sony xm4s although the xm4s were a little more comfortable sounded way worse in audio quality in my opinion but the bose incredibly comfortable and definitely slightly better noice cancelling. but if you prefer a better looking headphone and incredible immersive audio id pick these beats. the reason i bumped it up to 5 stars is the dolby atmos lossless audio these provide when you use the wire( the only headphones that arent crazy expensive that can do this) it is a listening experience ive never had before and it truly blew my mind you literally feel like your in the recordijg studio listening to drake in my case go crazy the sound literally made my jaw drop for like the whole song. especially if you have a iphone 15 forsure get these with the 15 you can use the usb C charging cable to get losless its incredible way better than airpod pro 2s or anything ive ever heard before bose qc45s sony xm4/5 etc. but sadly you do have to use a wire and apple music to to enable it. its still a very good heaphone without the loseless audio and sounds amazing and looks amazing could be slightly more confortable but for the gym the’re absolutely perfect compared to the bose and sonys where those cups are deeper and definitely more comfy but you know that they are there with these the cups they are slightly more shallow but i definitely prefer that feeling more for the gym the beats almost feels like nothings there with very thin cups but if you work office or travel alot i’d say maybe consider the sonys or bose those the cups are alot deeper and extremely comfy but almost too comfy for the gym overall for 180$ my minds blown how good these are. plus they look so fire. plus theyre in the apple family which is nice very good support snd quality and you can use spatial audio(only headphones around this price that can)and the transparency mode is very good scrollin on instagram you think your not wearing headphones scared me couple times.
