Chair looks great but putting it together was single handily one of the worst experiences of my life.The drawing and instructions are beyond awful. Trying to install the base screws for the seat pan to the arms and structures was almost impossible for one person due to the tolerance being out by a fair amount. In one case both holes didn't line up.The generic packaging for the screws and washers had no indicator on what piece corresponded to with the drawing. Adding time to work out which bolt was correct.The chair is sturdy now its put together and it looks very nice. But it's average at best.Also the recline function doesn't work properly bought for an elderly relative needs a fair bit of force to recline backwards instead of a smooth transition.
