Matalan's low prices enticed me to buy four Egyptian cotton hand towels . I am so glad that I bought them because the quality is unbeatable. The towels have been washed and not one spot of dye escaped into the water. They are 100% colourfast. Although I did not use fabric conditioner, the towels dried on an outdoor line, to a deep fluffy softness. Helen Moss

These towels are the best around at 700 gsm they are thick, even after many washes and over 2 years old they still look as good as new. I now have 9 in numerous sizes bath sheets for body bath towels for hair. I brought them for my daughter last year too. You’ll struggle to find this quality at such a good price

Had previously bought towels from John Lewis and House of Fraser which didnt last long as they ended up flat and faded very quickly.Spotted these towels in my Mother-in-Laws house and was amazed at how super soft and thick and fluffy they were. Couldn't believe it when she said they were from Matalan, i was expecting them to be far more expensive than they actually were.The only downside is that they take longer to dry with them being thicker but I think thats a fair pay off because they feel better than spa towels. Absolute Heaven!

This is my second purchase from this company. I am super impressed with the quality of the product and the response from Beddingco. The only down I have found is not all the colours I want are available. In today's world, I think I can live with that. Keep up the great service and you will see me back for more in the near future. I really am delighted with these towels. They have a luxury and quality feel to them at a reasonable price. They are soft, absorbent and have washed well, retaining the aforementioned qualities, without fabric condioner or a tumble dryer! Very pleased with this purchase. Thanks Matalan!
I ordered 6 Bath Sheets, 6 Bath Towels And 6 Hand Towels all Egyptian Cotton And I was expecting high quality as you would with these Towels. When they were delivered they were poorly packed, forced into see through plastic bags too small for purpose, and when I unpacked a couple of towels they were very very poor quality with threads of cotton hanging off and pulls of cotton on the towels. These towels are poor quality and look like they are cheap fakes from China my advice is if you want quality Egyptian Towels do not use Matalan.
Plain, classic towel in a medium-dark charcoal shade. Egyption heavy weight, thick, absorbent fabric. Decent sizes (not skimpy cut). I order bath sheets to ensure good wrap around on getting out of the shower or bath - it's worth paying a bit extra. Happy with them.
Thick, fluffy, and absorbent hand towel. They look good, though the decorative stitching is a much darker grey, which looks a bit odd.
Thick & thirsty! Perfect for a handtowel being constantly used. Washes up well, soft and really good size.Definitely waiting for more stock in colours, to come in, please :) Its a definite recommend.
These towels are wonderful. They absorb moisture quickly, then dry on the line quickly. We both love the colour choices and the feel of the towels. Happy customers!
