I’ve been using propolis since it was introduced to me 2 decades ago. It helped me a lot. I take a drop out 2 under my tongue before going to bed and when I wake up. I don’t take medication when I have cough and cold. I just take propolis. When someone in my family got a burn or scrape a skin, I applied it on the affected area. It healed fast. You can never go wrong with propolis. Bee Health Propolis is the best brand for me.

I had read about Propolis and it's benefits for mouth ulcers, amongst many other things. Having never tried it before I thought I would buy some. I only bought it today and applied it to mouth ulcers and the pain immediately subsided. Propolis is also meant to heal the ulcers in a really short space of time, so will see what happens with continued use over the next couple of days. So glad I found out about this as keep having re-occuring mouth ulcers due to hormonal changes.

I bought this for persistent laryngitis. Nothing had worked for 4-6 weeks. Tried gargling with propolis, but mainly I drank it as recommended. I noticed a slight improvement after three or four days and now I’m fully recovered.
I always lose my voice from a cold, has an excruciatingly sore throat and cough my throat to shreds. This time I kept on preventing the cough and sore throat from the start with regular sprays of propolis into the throat. It worked!!!!! Although I am still sneezing and have bouts of mild dry coughing after two weeks, my throat was not sore and I did not lose my voice. I particularly like this bottle, which is not diluted with other ingredients to mask the taste, which works best for me.
I found this back in 2006 when pregnant, and I had a terrible cough (constantly waking in the night with it..), I couldn't take anything for it. Propolis is a resin that is collected by bees. It has antibacterial and antifungal properties. This product is a solution of 50% propolis dissolved in mono propylene glycol. The good: 1) The lid of the bottle contains a glass dropper for easy dosage. 2) The bottles are sealed. 3) I found it highly effective for treating a sore throat, blocked nose, and certain digestive problems. 4) After applying this product on the skin it leaves a thin film that acts as a disinfectant and has a calming effect after an insect bite or skin irritation. The bad: 1) The Propolis solution has a dark brown colour and stains fabrics when spilled.
My tennis elbow flared up no end. It was painful enough to affect my sleep. Nothing worked. Turmeric worked a bit. My local H+B in Clydebank suggested Propolis yesterday, which I've tried for 2 days and fingers crossed, it seems to have reduced the pain by 80%.
