I bought a Beefeater 1200 about two months ago. Over the time we used it, it created an amazing environment of delicious food with simplicity of use. Assembly took about 30 minutes and required help of another person. Absence of 14 mm spanner limited the use of the side burner. If you have all tools, then there would be no issues. Side flow of the gas pipe is a questionable packaging idea and, for sure, can be improved.During the use of the grill, firing procedure was a big plus of the model. It takes no time to fire it up and no effort at all. All burners turn up quick and follow the first one. Size of the grill can accommodate about 4 kg of meat considering grill and pan fry. Suggested to review configuration of the fat tray to avoid these drippings.Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase and we enjoy the use of it on a weekly manner. Hope it will last and manufacturer will put effort to polish existing shortfalls.

Having had crappy bbqs over the years this is our first proper bbq. Using it several times a week to bbq and roast . Steaks turn out fabulous and roast pork was crisp and moist . Loving the extra stove top burner to make gravy or cook veges . Great purchase

Purchased the BBQ on sale about 4 weeks ago. Oven thermometer did not work but friendly customer service staff on the Support phone line replaced the device. Excellent service with the replacement thermometer arriving in a few days. Directions to connect the gas lines are confusing.

Bought the 1200 series 4 burner + side burner recently. Have used it a few times and cooks brilliantly every time. The stainless steel burner covers are a great touch to avoid rust and the hot plate and grill are nice and heavy duty. Would recommend.
Very happy with our Beafeater 1200 Stainless steel BBQ. Very good value. Cooks really well. Just be prepared to assemble the base.
After having cheaper bbqs I opted for something a lot better built. the quality far exceeds what I expected the cooking the even heat just a really well built bbq worth every cent
This gas bbq is more work than pleasure!! Large amounts of fat mis the drip tray and that fat just goes everywhere!! Freaking mess!!! Pyn in the bumb. The top rack is in the way when you need to turn meat in the back. The lid does not close good enough when conpared with the price. The display in store looks stunning but the real thing is way less impressive. I literally hate this gas bbq! I hope it explodes or break so I can return it.
We love our new BBQ, with just two of us this is big enough. I’m a veggie and my husband is a meat eater - this is perfect with different parts to cater to our needs.It’s fits into the space perfectly. Great value too.
Generally happy with the bbq, it lights easily and it’s nice and hot. But I found the warming rack impractical since it is too much over the hot plates and it cannot be hinged over out of the way when cooking.
My wife and I BBQ a lot, and we really e mm joo o y our new Beefeater in our new home. Temperature control is much easier with the Beefeater 1200, and the side burner is very handy.
