I only got this stove because the original stove I purchased was on order for more than 3 months. I had no communication from you only when I rang to chase my order. I then had to pay for installation which I feel should have been discounted along with the stove for the poor customer service.I will have to think long and hard before I recommend or purchase again from Appliances on Line again

We brought this a few weeks ago. Awesome oven & Griller VERY HAPPY WITH IT! I would recommend it to a friend. Plus has extra 5 Yr. warranty which no other brand was willing to offer. so they clearly stand by their product & have found their service when lodging for the extended warranty excellent! The only possible thing I was a little ? over was the Cook top is okay a little slower to heat up initially but may be just because we are adjusting & moving from Gas back to electric cook top. Overall I am stocked with my new oven!

Takes a little time to get used to all the oven settings. But love it overall. Just don’t like the splash back, which is white with a blue stripe. The stove is all silver & black, so looks a bit silly.

Had my induction cook top for 5 years when it stopped working. Out of warranty I got a local electrician to look at it, he had no idea as he miss diagnosed the problem . Beko did end up supplying the park and fixing it after 2 months but I still had a large bill. Now less than 2 years later it happened again and they say it's not under warranty. Not happy Never would I buy another Beko product. Oven still works.
I wanted a black stove/oven because i hate the chrome finish with the experience of not being able to keep it looking good. Unfortunately there arn't many 'just black' options,so had to comprimise. I liked the simplicity of this oven's design and the chrome was minimal, and to my delight, 'easy to clean'!! The steam clean function is awesome, and I'm really impressed with the temperature control. At number five on the dial, meat sizzles without burning, cooking evenly. The plates with their magic ability to expand the cooking area for larger pots/pans - priceless. It gets to temperature quickly too. I hesitated buying a higher priced item online, but i ordered it on the Saturday and it arrived on Monday. Very impressive!
Unfortunately we received a faulty version of this oven, missing a part and the hotplate was not glued down to the base properly. After waiting several days we received another of the same oven to replace it. The second oven had all parts but had the same fault with the hotplate not being glued properly to the base. Electrician told us it was not safe for use. We did not attempt a third, we gave up of this Beko oven after this bad experience.
Firstly, my experience with Appliance online was magnificent. The whole process went as promised. Excellent and easy to use platform for purchasing white goods. The Beko oven is a delight to use. Very easy to use and efficient. A great choice for the price range. Overall, I highly recommend..
Still getting used to it but so far I am impressed with this stove. The top elements are a little slow to heat up. So many different oven functions I’m yet to figure them all out but the fan assisted heats up super quick. Only negative so far is the lip on the oven racks - makes it quite hard to get a flat baking sheet out. Like the added accessories that come with it. Overall very happy with this purchase
We purchased this new stove as our old well known brand one was looking shabby in our new kitchen. For the price I guess you get what you pay for but I do regret not spending more and getting a better stove. The oven stinks like fish when it’s turned on, I’m assuming that’ll go but so far a few weeks in it hasn’t left. The hot plates don’t get hot, I have to have it on almost flat out to fry bacon and eggs, a pan full of chicken takes a lot longer than it should. The heats also not constant, the hot plates come on and off throughout cooking which isn’t ideal for simmering or searing. The stainless drawer underneath is handy although flimsy. I wouldn’t repurchase and if you could afford a better oven I would recommend that you spend more and get a better one.
Purchased about a month ago and love the nice even cooking and the vast selection of cooking modes. The cooling fan is a great feature. Can't forget that the service from Appliances Online was second to none. I was constantly kept up to date with the orders progression. Removal of the disconnected item was no problem. Awesome :)
