My first time with a heat pump dryer and so far so good. I really like how fresh the clothes smell when they come out. Love all the extra features on this product. Only thing that I haven't been able to do is connect it via the app

While the actual machine does the job, many of the added features are sub-par. The fact that you can only time the ending and not the end of the cycle is a major inconvenience. Connecting to the app is terrible. the fix notifications sent from the app are redundant- why do I need to know that my partner opened the door ? every time?? The app is slow, buggy and has terrible UI. The connection between the machine and the app can only be done via a function in the dial, meaning you have to remember to put on the right program, on the machine anyway - what's the point of the app ??

Cannot fault this dryer at all. All the different settings, plus the added benefit of tailoring the drying to your needs, is exactly what you want in a heat pump dryer. Gentle on clothes, energy efficient and fairly quiet. Love the added benefit of steam cycles.

So far this has been excellent. Quiet, energy efficient, dries clothes quickly. Best of all it has a plumb out water function so no need to ever empty a water tank. Way better than our old condenser dryer.
Excellent dryer, works a treat, love the plumb out the extra water feature, would not go back to old style dryer now well worth the money. So easy to use, thankyou BEKO
Had a cheaper heat pump dryer before, and the clothes were always a bit damp. The Beko is always dry and seems to take a lot less time to do the job. Easy to clean filters and lots of great features. A great dryer that doesn't use much power and looks good too.
Bought this dryer as our old vented one crashed and burned, we had been saving up for a while to make the switch to a heat pump or condenser and this was the best option for us. This dryer so far has exceeded our expectations greatly. It gets a lot of use and abuse as we are a family a little one and fur babies. It gets used at least once a day and the only products it has a misstep on are our super king sized doona covers which wrap itself up and the inside doesn't quite get dry.
Good quality dryer and overall happy with it. However we were told that it doesn’t shrink clothes by the salesman. Clothes do still shrink a little. Another thing is there is no cool/cold only setting and I find the auto off timer sometimes goes off before clothes are dry.
I do love the technology of this dryer and love its use. The only criticism i have is the steam function. It could be me learning how to use it as well. However it is difficult to know if tge water tank for steam is full as it only collects water from other cycles. Seems to run out of water very quickly and so far my use of steam function just make dry wrinkled shirt wet again from steam/water spray.
This is a very high quality European-built product backed by a 5 year warranty by registration so it ticks that box. But wow, going from a vented dryer to this feels like travelling into the future. No condensation and almost no noise! It's extremely quiet, nearly impossible to hear behind a closed door. The steam function ensures there's so much less creasing than you'd get with other driers. Lots of programs to choose from and very intuitive to use. The built in sensors will reduce your drying time for smaller loads and seem to work spot-on. I have no complaints about this product. I firmly believe Beko are a market leader in this segment. Only negative is it has a peculiar smell straight out of the box- a "new appliance" smell but just a bit odd.
