Our second BEKO appliance after also purchasing a dishwasher last year. This new WM replaced a 20yr old top loader we had already had fixed once. Amazing machine, great value and quality. Its quiet contrary to some other comments I researched, and you can easily set it up to be perfectly balanced on max spin via the feet. Took a few goes to get BT connected via the APP but after (reading the instructions) that was done, this APP is great for programme setting and choice, setting the timer to wash at night to save $$$ for electricty etc. Couldnt be happier, compares well with its features to other big $$$ brands at twice the price or more. Plus extended 5yr warranty they cant match.

I used Bosch and LG before compared to that not that good, even you use 1400 rpm clothes still damp compare to last one LG. If you are used LG with 1400rpm clothes come out nearly dry. We are disappointed with that. The same price we get offered L G 9 kilo with lots of functions from Good Guys. But this is from JB HI fi. We thought just try an other brand the guy explain to us said this is the best washing machine just below Miele. But not even compare to any brand we used very disappointed buy.

They just don't smell fresh, instead like they have been left wet for a day or two.Does not seem to spin well. Clothes remain extremely wet, not like my previous top loader.

Very happy with my Beko washing machine. I purchased this as a replacement for a 10 year-old Beko washing machine. My old machine was still functioning, but I thought it was time to upgrade and I am so happy I did. I love the auto dosing function; it is a time saver. I found the machine very easy to understand and operate. Great product, great company.
Works well. Read from other reviews that it uses abit of softener via the auto-dose, so I use half and half with water. Machine is pretty quiet when in use. Also spins alot of the water out, so less work for my dryer.Have not used the bluetooth feature, so comment on that aspect.Overall a good looking machine, that works as intended.
The purchasing process, delivery & installation was excellent. Have only had the machine for a few weeks; it has lots of features we have not used yet & can't comment on but so far all the basic functions seems to work well. Build: the door hinge seems a little 'flimsy' so we will handle it carefully. . Overall it seems fine for a mid-range priced washing machine.
Works well. Took me a little while to figure out the best washing settings, instructions weren't the most helpful. Once you work out your preferences it washes well. It's not too loud and seems to do a good job of washing. The HomeWhiz app is pretty ordinary... I was hoping that the downloaded washing setting could be programmed to anything you want through the HomeWhiz app. Unfortunately there are limited options to choose from.

We have found the manual difficult to use; it is not user friendly at all. It doesn't explain things in any detail and relates to another model and unfortunately, the programs are different. The cycles are very lengthy (a normal cotton wash is 2.5 hours long; this can be adjusted however I haven't yet tested if this affects wash quality). We have also had problems with the auto dispenser. Okay for the money but spin leaves clothes wet. The manual is comprehensive but incomprehensible in places. Why must manuals be reduced to bi fold size and printed with 8 point fonts. Still trying to work out how to add extra washing after cycle has started... Lacking a hot water connection was unexpected and frustrating. Stain removal cycle was surprisingly effective, if you have three hours to spare waiting for a wash... All in all okay for the money but could be simpler to operate.
It is the worst washing machine I have ever used in my life! Can’t tell whether the auto dispense works. Can’t tell whether there’s water running in it or suds as the door is black. The quickest wash doesn’t auto set to a decent spin rate so if you forget to increase the spin, the clothes are sopping wet. The cycle starts and doesn’t end just flashes. The door has been jammed I assume because it’s detected water still in there not drained although the cycle had finished. It’s been a nightmare.
