I ended up buying 4. 2 came with USB ports &2 without, but that didn't matter because the 2 without USB are concealed behind TV & stereo equipment. Great price as well with quick delivery

I bought one each of the Belkin single surge protectors - the one which just protects a single electronic device, and this one, with the two USB outlets as well. Both are handy, but I recently travelled for three weeks, and took this along to charge my watch, phone and laptop. Previously I’d travel with a power board, but the little Belkin surge protector was an incredibly useful space saver in the bag.
Pros: Allows 2 devices to be charged as well as allowing the socket to be used. So useful for so many things! Super convenient!
Pros: I primarily bought this because I was tired of having separate chargers for everything or charging from a laptop. You *can* buy cheap $2 chargers, however, they are not certified and tested by Australian authorities such as this product. Those cheap USB port chargers are also linked with deaths - so don't risk them. Each of the ports on this device are limited to just over 1 amp each, which is fine for charging tablets and phones. I also solely use the AC outlet on it for my laptop - all connections are nice and snug, and it doesn't sag from the wall outlet with an adaptor plugged in. Worth the investment for peace of mind.Cons: The USB ports are placed upside-down, but that's not an issue.

Works well and happy with the extra usb ports. Bulkier than i expected so sticks out from wall quite a lot more than a standard plug.
