I have an iPhone 13 pro max and it will not charge my phone. I set my phone on and it lights up then a few seconds later it turns off. It charges my kids phones (which are smaller) my assumption is that the magnetic charger inside of the device isnt able to reach the one in my phone due to height. It makes it inconvenient when you spend $120.00 on something. The watch/air pods charger works perfectly fine.

I really like the 'clean' look of this with it's all white finish. Whilst plastic it still feels like quality. It's great being able to charge three devices (phone, watch and AirPods) on a single device and with just one plug. No need to use any of your own power cables.There are little white LEDs that show you when the phone is charging and also the AirPod pad. This is useful, especially with the AirPods, to know that you've positioned the device properly for it to charge. My only comment is that the LED is a little bright at night despite the fact they're tiny. It's not the worst thing, but would be better if it were dimmer or the ability to turn it off.Overall, really pleased though.
I purchased this about 8 months ago when I had an iPhone 11. It worked perfectly and e was a great charging station. I have since replaced the iPhone 11 with an iPhone 13 mini and the charger for the phone only works about 40% of the time. It will start charging and then stop. I suspect that this could be because the wireless charging coils in the 13 mini do not quite line up. It states that the IPhone 13 mini is compatible with this product, but it doesn’t seem to work (both with or without a case). It is a bit of an annoyance as I will need to replace the charger.
Belkin makes a great 3-in-1 wireless charger for the iPhone, Apple watch and airpods. It is compact and will charge everyone all at once. I like how it stands my phone upright so I can still utilize it while it is charging. Its nice that I don't have to have multiple chargers to keep my devices working. Everything is kept in one location which makes it convenient as well as neat. This also reduces electricity use since I do not have to have multiple chargers. It is easy to carry along with me if I have to go out of town. This is well made and should last long time. The cord is sturdy as well. Overall, I love the ease of use, the little amount of space that it takes up and the functionality of being able to charge multiple devices quickly and all at once.
The bought two, one for my wife and the other for myself. They worked flawlessly until we moved. Now one of them makes a chirping noise like crickets that originates from the power supply. It is very annoying ad keeps you awake. Is there anything that can be done to eliminate that chirping sound?

But after a few weeks, it started making a noise when my phone was charging.
