Belkin AVC003BTBK USB-C Video Adapter

I have tried connecting 2 external monitors with this adapter but only one works. I have tried HDMI, display cable and VGA cable, only one works depending on priorities set. Tried playing with USB-C BIOS settings but does not make any difference. Have connected the adapter to HP Z Book Fury 15 G7 and HP ProBook 440 G7.Belkin website says its only compatible with Mac but pbtech say its compatible with mac and windows

Amazing, a reliable USB-C Video Adapter!

As someone in the IT field, I deal with a lot of laptop setups, a lot of adapters like this. I can tell you most are junk. If there's a problem with video, you can better bet it's being cause by a janky video adapter. They're lightweight and contain hardly any electronics.When I picked up this adapter I knew it would be a much better experience by the weight alone. I could tell off the bat it was a solid product. This adapter requires no drivers, works beautifully to add another display to my laptop. Given the versatility of the video cable types, I'll surely be looking to purchase thee for users with USB-C ports on their laptops.A+ Belkin, well done.

Excellent Product

Just what I needed

I got this for my small computer and now I can add a second monitor or printer if I need. This adapter can be used for many different things as it has a VGA, HDMI, DVI and Display ports and was just what I was looking for. Seems to be well made with no signs of any flaws. It is compact and really extends the functionality of my small computer. Easy to use and functional, just what I like. I really like the HDMI port so I can show pictures on my computer on my tv now. It is small enough to fit in almost any bag and it really does extend the functionality of a small computer.

Makes Office use of my laptop much better

I use my laptop for travel and home office use. In the office I have a lot of peripherals connected through this adapter: 3 monitors, webcam, and conference speaker.I would not be able to do that with the limited conections on a laptop, and even if I could, since I take my laptop with me a lot, it would be a big hassle to disconnect and reconnect that often.Essential equipment for WFH.

Plug and Play - Great versatile port

I have to travel often and going from one office to the next or one hotel to the next it nice to have one adapter to fit all my needs. In one of our offices the work from home cubes are still using the VGA monitors (UGH), in another office the monitors were display port, in another office they were HDMI. I used to have to bring different adapters since my laptop is limited. Now I just bring this small profile adapter and have been able to plus and play. I haven’t experienced any flickering issues like I have with other adapters so that’s a huge plus. Seems to be well built even though light weight and has the Belkin quality name behind it.

Super handy multi port adapter

I work on computers as a side hobby, that said there are several different video ports that can be found on video cards from VGA to USB-C. So I jumped at the opportunity to use the Belkin International USB-C Video adapter. First things first this adapter is ready to go out of the box and requires no setup, just plug the cable into the appropriate port and then to your USB-C monitor and you are good to go. The adapter has ALL the common ports, VGA, DMI, HDMI, and Display port. Of these I have only been able to try VGA to USB-C and Display port to USB-C and it worked perfectly. Whether you work on computers or just need an adapter the Belkin USB-C Video Adapter is too handy not to have around!

True Plug and Play Video Adapter

I love this product. It is very well built and does not take much space on your workspace. I specifically find it useful when I transition from working from home to working at the office. At home I have a newer monitor that uses HDMI to connect while at the office I have a VGA compatible monitor. I no longer need two adapters to connect my Macbook. The resolution is great and have yet to notice any flickering as I do with my other adapters. This is easy to transport and comes in handy when switching from my VGA supported monitor to our HDMI supported projector at work. I highly recommend this product.

Useful adapter with options

The device connects well to the VGA, but not to the DVI connector. I don't know if that is due to the monitor or this connector. The DVI connection was tight to plug in. The Mac recognizes that there is a video connection with the DVI but the monitor remains black.The availability of multiple connection options was therefore very useful as the monitor had 2 connection options and I plan to keep it with my laptop for travel. This adapter was to replace the Apple video adapter that had connection problems with the VGA connection

Very solid product!

I've been using the Belkin USB-C video adaptor for a couple weeks now. Overall the product does as it should. I like that it is small and can easily be thrown into my bag for traveling. The convince of plugging into a TV or monitor with a small adaptor is nice. Having multiple video output options is a big factor for me as I have multiple individual adaptors for each output but this adaptor has them all in one package. Item is built well and doesn't feel cheaply made.
