Durability:PoorPerformance:DisappointingAfter using the power bank only ONCE, right out of the box, I encountered an issue. When the battery depleted and I attempted to recharge it, I discovered the power bank was no longer functional. While the customer service experience was decent, I was disappointed to learn that I couldn’t return the product since I had already discarded the packaging (box). This experience taught me a lesson about being overly confident in a “reputable” and known brand such as Belkin. Unfortunately this will be my first and my last product from them.

I bought 3 of these as my other power banks (not Belkin) just quit charging. These power banks charge fast and really hold a charge. There are 2 sizes, I bought both. I would highly recommend these power banks. Pricing is good as well.

The cord that came with it does not fit myIphone 11. This is the 2nd charger i purchased& i will have to purchase a different cord if i plan on keeping it. Waste of time & money.

This item will only charges up to somewhere less than the first of four levels, even after more than 24 hours plugged into power. Then it charged one phone from 14% to 19% after a full hour. It is useless and I plan to return it.
