Belkin WIC003BTGR Magnetic Car Vent Mount Black

Wish I'd got this sooner. The MagSafe mount is great - no more mucking around with phone clamps, just place your phone against the pad and it stays there. Only thing I'd recommend is to check its compatible with your car's specific air vents. In my car it fits perfectly and is completely solid with no shaking. In my wife's car though the vent slots are too small and it can't be fitted at all.

Such a great product. Well designed, sleek and simple, and does the job. I haven’t had an issue with the magnets not having enough holding power for my 14 Pro having driven around with this in the car. I would recommend a MagSafe case to get the most out of this, simply to give you the best adherence with the magnets.

Amazing Car Mount

Belkin does a great job with this magnetic car mount. It will keep your iPhone 12 conveniently and securely on display as you travel in your car. Check before you try to attach your phone. You can flip from portrait to landscape quickly and easily. Belkin has also engineered a cable holder in this phone mount s you don't have to go searching for your charging cable.

Beautiful design but needs a minor adjustment

I bought this last month because of the beautiful design, simplicity, color, and thought it matched my car. I love it but unfortunately, it doesn't quite fit the vents for the Mercedes C300. The clasps are too wide so it doesn't quite fully go in. I can still use it but the grasp is not all the way fitted on the vent. I'm still going to use it but look forward to an improved design.

Best Car Vent Mount Out There!

I can’t express how much I love this mount! I’ve gone through so many different types and have had issues with almost every kind. The magnet in this is so strong, I don’t ever have to worry about my phone falling off of it. The vent clip is really sturdy and keeps my phone as steady as can be while driving. It doesn’t matter how rough the road is, my phone stays put with ease. Because I was so impressed with the quality, I got another for our second car!

Doesn't Work With Case

I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max and thought this would be great for my truck. However, the magnet is not strong enough for it to hold the phone in a case. I have a cheap Amazon case with a thin clear plastic back, not thick at all, and the phone slides right off the mount. It won't even hold it without sliding off holding the mount in your hand. With the case off it seems to hold it well enough (again, in my hand not tested in vehicle) but who has a $1000 phone and no case? This seems like a big miss. Needs a stronger magnet, everyone uses a case.

Falls a bit short

My Belkin International - Magnetic Car Vent Mount securely holds the phone magnetically. The magnets align the phone with the mount automatically, so positioning the mount in the orientation you want for the phone is necessary. The only draw back I’ve noticed is the connection of the mount to the vent in the vehicle. At least in my case, the weight of the phone on the mount causes the air vent to angle downwards, which might not be desirable.

Great phone holder

This is a nice phone holder for your car. I love that it swivels so you can turn your phone horizontally or keep it vertical. The quality is great and it holds the weight of my iPhone 12. It has a spot to hold your charging cable so you don't have to worry about fiddling with it to charge your phone. The only negative thing about this product for me is that it blocks air flow for ac and you wouldn't want to use it with the heat on. Other than that, great phone holder.

Stays secure

Super steady and secure car vent phone mount. This mount does not slowly fall out of the vent like most others I have had. The clips stay secure and provide an upright, steady mount to keep your phone connected. This mount will not work with super thick cases like Otterbox. I switched the the silicone Magsafe Apple case and the phone security attracts to the mount and doesn't move until I do it. It's been a long hunt to find a steady mount that doesn't slide and I am happy to have found a reliable one finally.

Updated Review - Works Great With MagSafe Case!!

UPDATE: I did not realize that this required a MagSafe case when I wrote my initial review. My mistake. I went out and picked up a MagSafe case and WOW! I love this thing. I assumed it worked with any case. With the MagSafe case on my phone, it's VERY secure. My apologies for the misleading review but be aware that you must use a MagSafe case in order for this to work properly.
