Very pleased with this machine. You can feel the quality right out of the box. I enjoyed the steam and hot water valves not being knobs. Very easy and convenient to use. It heats up decently fast. The manuel says 10 mins, it's probably a bit less than that.I'm excited to plumb it in and not have to fill every use, but it works great either way.

We are extremely happy with this machine. Coming from a breville machine. The steaming power is more than enough for back to back drinks. The programmed on/off settings is a nice feature. We are making cafe style espresso drinks right at home.

I am so sad because this wonderful espresso machine was bought for my father day present, but this present never arrives. Bought it on June 8 and still wait it. When I bought it on June 8 I have had told Elyse to cancel the order after placed the order and she called UPS to returned the package to sender but I had convinced my wife to buying the machine for my father in law so I wrote an email to Elyse that I convinced my wife and call UPS to cancel the return to sender and deliver the package to the destination. But I don't know why UPS delay the delivery. Because of this I had to buy a new espresso coffee machine to my father in law due to father's day was on June 19. So I am claiming my full refund and requested to cancel my order. Exactly working how it should and as expected. Big, heavy and solid. Powerfull vapor, quiet pump. The plug-in feature is really nice. Very shiny: very attractive and very easy to get dirty! Unless going for a double boiler, I don't see the point of paying more.
