The flip case is amazing. Mine had a minor blemish on one corner. Not enough of a problem that I want to return it, but clearly a manufacturing fault. Took a few minutes to use the flip in one hand. Would highly recommend this wallet for those that only carry cards and a few notes. You can fit about 8 cards in the flip case.

I've been meaning to downsize to a minimalist style wallet and use Stocard alongside. This was perfect for that and forces me to carry only what I need - only been a week or so but not will never go back to bulky leather wallet with a bunch of cards you don't need on you.On the side which has the angled opening I'm fitting two cards at the moment - it feels a bit tight going beyond that, on that side.On the side which has the rectangular opening, I'm fitting three cards and four notes folded up.It advertises more but I think that'll cause some serious pressure to pack all of what it says you can fit in and reduces a bit of ease and practicality - I'd enjoy the product less if I tried to squeeze it beyond what I'm using, and, I find the current amount that I've ... MoreI've been meaning to downsize to a minimalist style wallet and use Stocard alongside. Compendium Store gave free express shipping, a discount as a new customer, free gift wrapping and a nice thank you card for purchasing their product... What an amazing business, I'll be back.

I bought this in the green colorway. I like it in theory, but ultimatey am not sure it'll be the small wallet I settle on. It holds very few cards before the magnets won't snap fully shut (1 on the angled flip side, 4 on the opposite side. Personally, I wanted this over some of the other options because it seemed like it was a great minimalist solution that kept my cards secure, but it just doesn't hold the amount of cards I'd like to have with me. For those who don't need many cards, this could be a great solution. The ease of access, especially with the angled flip side, is great. The opposite side is less convenient but I opted to put the less frequently used cards on that side, so it wasn't as much of an adjustment.I think this is another great Bellroy product, ... MoreI bought this in the green colorway. I was really excited to give this slim wallet a try but was disappointed about some of the design features. The space for cards is precise. You can not fit more than four or five cards in the pocket PERIOD. The hard shell prevents even the slightest expansion.. So, if you are only carrying just a few cards you will be fine. After I loaded my new wallet it slipped out of my hands and fell on the ground. When that happened, the bi-fold opened and several cards fell out making me fell very cautious every time I have to open it. The more I used it I discovered that removing and replacing cards is awkward and has to be done with deliberation. In short, the wallet does everything that is advertised. For my needs it does not deliver and I will be replacing it with ... MoreI was really excited to give this slim wallet a try but was disappointed about some of the design features. Trying to carry fewer cards with a smaller wallet and this seemed like a good idea. It's a case made out of plastic with leathery covering. Looks a bit cheap to be honest (I bought the blue colour). There are two compartments, front one for 2 cards (frequently used), and back compartment for other cards (up to 6, or 5 with a slot for folded cash bills). The 2 card section is kind of tight, it takes some fidgeting to remove the card you want. For carrying cash, you can fold one or two $20s, but our Canadian $20 bills are plasticky and don't stay folded easily so that's also a bit finicky. So I have mixed feelings this is an improvement overall.
I like this wallet. It is attractive, compact and appears to be well made. The cards fit snugly, probably a bit too snug as they don’t swipe out with your thumb as described in the paperwork that came with it. I am hoping that this is down to the product being new and just needing to wear in a bit. When it does, this is a great wallet.
Being fairly minimalist, I've been using an ID Card Case for a wallet for several years now. I wanted an upgrade, so gave this a try. I wasn't able to fit the contents I had in the card case in this wallet. Driver's License, Credit Card, Debit Card, Corporate Credit Card, Costco Card, Flexible Spending Account Card, some cash, and two business cards were too much for this wallet. I usually have my insurance ID card (thinner than a credit card) on me too. Considering I can't carry cash, business cards, or the cards I previously had, I think I'll likely return this one considering the cost. If you have one credit card, your ID, some cash, and business cards, it would work just fine.
I bought this as a Father's Day gift after watching my dad constantly misplace and finally lose his phone's MagSafe wallet.I wanted something low profile but pratica enough to carry multiple cards. This wallet swallowed his EDC cards but wasn't so good for stowing cash.He loves it, either way which was the goal in the first place. It's classic, sleek design was an instant hit.
It holds 2 cards and a bill in the quick access side. It holds 6 cards plus a bill or a 7th card on the other side. If your card is embossed, that will reduce the capacity by 1. The magnets and dual sides work great. You can open with one hand and pull out the card with the other. If you use one of your cards for most purchases and just like to have some others just in case, this is perfect. If you actively use 4 or 5 different cards, this is still a great wallet, but one of the trigger/lever ones might be better for you. The form factor is perfect. At $89 it was a little pricey IMHO, but on sale for $59 or $69, I think it's a great buy.
I was ready to experiment with an alternative to the traditional wallett, and this flip case is really very good. It took some getting used to--I had to make choices about what cards I was actually going to carry on a daily basis . . . but I figured out that there are only two cards I use even weekly. I probably need my driver's license in case I get pulled over, and my health insurance card in case I am in an accident or get ill suddenly. There . . . four cards . . . this case holds more than that, so I can rotate other cards in an out as needed (it turns out I don't need to have the library card unless I am specifically planning to go to the library . . . ).The case is not good for holding cash, so I am using a separate money clip . . . knowing that, I might ... MoreI was ready to experiment with an alternative to the traditional wallett, and this flip case is really very good. And I think in the long run I might have preferred to have this case in black, rather than the caramel . . . but that is a small point. Overall, a useful and well designed product . . . very nice not to have a bulky wallet in my back pocket.
