The Benefiber Assorted Fruit Chewables made me enjoy taking fiber. I really liked that these are assorted fruit chewables, taste so good, sugar and gluten free, are made with natural fiber ingredients, nourishes good bacteria and supports digestive health. These are so convenient to take and after taking my first three I noticed they are fast acting. Other fibers I have tried were not as easy to take after mixing in water and drinking I just didn't like the taste. I was not aware of the Benefiber Assorted Fruit Chewables until trying for review purposes after trying I highly recommend buying these are amazing!

The taste is fairly pleasant, but the texture might really put some people off. They’re crunchy and kind of explode into grainy powder in your mouth before dissolving.If you’re very, very lucky this will be the worst oral adventure of your life. That’s sort of a back-handed compliment.
The Benefiber really works to get things moving. The taste is okay. The serving size is 3 tablets to chew. I chew them while drinking a glass of water with no problem.
I thought I was ordering gummies. Apparently I got in a hurry %26 didn’t look at the packaging well. Looks and tastes like a giant Tums. Flavor isn’t awful, just not my preference - so a little bummed to have to chew 2-3 huge tablets at a time - definitely prefer gummies! But it is better than mixing stuff in a drink for sure. The most important thing is if it works well. So far so good.
I received this product free for my honest review. I take Benefiber as instructed on the package. I feel so much lighter after using this product. I don't feel as bloated and I also have more energy. I'm noticing that I am even sleeping better. The tablets are not chalky. The have a pleasant taste. Even though the tablets are chewable, they kind of start melting in my mouth which I like. I will be buying this product in the future.
Yep k said it because it’s true—I’ve tried every chewable under the sun, and while it’s more pricey, benefiber chewables not only make you WAY less gassy than other brands, but it works better in every other way imaginable as well—I’m talking about when it comes time to hit the toilet. I’ll leave the rest of the imagining up to you. Love the flavors too.
My son has been on these for over 7 years due to digestive issues. They are easy to take, taste yummy and work well. We live in the UK to stock up and bring them back with us. From birth, my son used to have a lot of digestive problems, but adding 2 of these in at night has sorted him out. My only complaint is they are hard to find (for example, all 3 places mentioned to buy them are out of stock if I try to buy online at the moment). Doesn't matter, I will hunt them down as my son is happy to take them and I'm happy with the product.
image dry circular pieces of chalk that someone dropped on the ground next to some fruit in a dust storm. minimal fiber/benefits for literally the worst thing I've ever put in my mouth - the white ones are sour for some reason, the strawberry is like if an alien was trying to recreate strawberry just off of a child's description of the fruit, and the orange one may in fact be a pinsol cleaning solution tablet that got accidentally mixed in to these containers. I spent my husband's money it so I took it every day as recommend till it was empty and I could set the container on fire .... I'm not saying I deserve a noble prize but i think ill be content with some kind of medal of honor
