We have been using this product since we both past 60 years old to help with regular bowel activity. Speaking for us......it has helped us to maintain a regular schedule of elimination and therefor (in our opinion) has contributed to a healthier life for us. Dissolves in everything and has absolutely zero taste. It definitely keeps things moving down there in as natural way as possible. If keeping "things" moving down and out down there is a concern for you....We highly recommend this product.

Have been using Benefiber for several years and use it in iced tea daily. A couple of things to be aware of. 1) It is best not to take within four hours of prescription medication because it can interfere with absorption and 2) it is fine to start out with recommended dose, but amount used can be gradually increased as the intestinal tract acclimates to daily fiber, as your system allows. Most fiber supplements are good, this one is excellent.

Benefiner was recommended to me by my GI, as a better alternative to the fiber supplement I was already taking. After using it for few days, I can say that Benefiber is a great fiber supplement,It dissolves very well in water, juice or coffee, leaves no residue and has no taste. It does its job as far as regularity goes, and it does not make me gassy.I will continue to use this product for sure.
I have been drinking at least one packet of the strawberry kiwi packet every day for the past 5 years. Not only do I love it, but me teenage sons love it as well. It is a great way to get them to drink more water. Unfortunately, I have been unable to find these lately. They are sold out in Walmart, where I used to buy them, and also online at Amazon and other retailers. Please et me know when this will be available again or if i can buy it directly from the manufacturer.
How I use this product is In water and coffee it can be used in any drink. It is great for your digestive system, with out the gritty taste of most products. We have recommended benefiber to family and friends. We take travel packages with us camping and traveling. I would like to enter into the sweepstakes.
My 6 year old suffers from constipation and hard stools due to a low fiber diet. This Benefiber has been a life saver. I add a small amount in my daughter's juice %26 milk everyday to keep her regular. Do not rush to take a large dose because you will experience diarrhea..
I had been having severe stomach/digestion issues for the last 2 years. I have tried everything from probiotics to food enzymes, L glutamine, and such but NOTHING has helped my digestive system the same way Benefiber has. I am so thankful and truly blessed to have come across this product. I take it every day with my meals and it works wonders.
The product is good. The price is good. Recommended by my physician. The delivery was not satisfactory. The two canisters were left on the approach of my front porch. They were not boxed or bagged. Left in the open for all passersby's to see. A child could have ate the product.
I didn't believe my doctor when she said it did not have a taste and it was not gooey. Mixed with the proper amount of water, it worked from the first small teaspoon I tried, had no taste, and was completely liquid water. It made such a difference even the first day although I have usually only taken 1 tsp per day which is half of one dose out of three recommended. It has made such a difference in the consistency of the stools causing them to pass much more smoothly and quickly. I highly recommend that you give it a try even if you only use half a dose but make sure you use at least four ounces of water or juice and even more is great! Stir well, drink it down, and enjoy the results!
