Out if the bentspoke gluten less range it is the sweetest I would say, great for any gluten intolerance makes a massive difference when you want a cool one.
Late to the party on this one but after drinking the Crankshaft IPA last year I knew this was a must try. In comparison this is particularly hop forward with a sticky, yet dry mouthfeel. The selected hops provide tropical/citrus notes providing plenty of sweetness to this brew, to the point where it gave me a honey vibe . At 7% ABV, this one packs a decent punch with a nice drink-ability. Another cracker from Bentspoke who could hold the title for the best core range IPAs around.
Similar to crankshaft, but more hops and minus the orange.Another fantastic Bentspoke addition.
Poured from can into tulip glass. Citrus notes on the nose. Pours a clear amber with little or no head. However it describes itself as Big and Hoppy and the flavour does not disappoint on this. Hops are to the front, but not over-powering and it has a nice balance. Citrus and pine flavours. One of the best of its ilk.
I am so glad that my local BWS on the Sunshine Coast is now stocking this beer. A beautifully balanced IPA where the hops really shine.
I have been here for two years now and could not find my favourite beer, so I jumped from one to another. After finding this one I can't test anything else. If you want to feel something with just one can with good taste don't hesitate to buy this one.
Full of fruity and tropical delight this beer is a true winner. I love the other Bentspoke brews and this is a nice addition! :)
