Beosound Stage - Smoked Oak

The B&O Beosound Stage is an amazing bit of kit. It's build quality and sound reproduction is second to none. If you're thinking about buying this just do it. No sub is needed as the bass produced from this sound bar is plentiful. The room is filled with sound. Setup is enough via their app and google.

Arrived well packaged and protected. But the instructions very basic.Had to download a couple of apps to get it started. The set up took quite a while, not as straightforward as thought would be.We downloaded the Bang & Olufsen app so would be able to control the sound bar from our phone as comes with no remote control. Also had to download the Google Home app so we could connect it to the WiFi.Connecting to the tv need to make sure you have HDMI ARC and at least one more HDMI port. The instructions are not very clear on this bit, will just need to take your time.Once set up the sound quality was incredible. Very clear and crisp. Makes you feel like you are back in the cinema whilst watching films from the comfort of your own sofa.Have got it placed on the ... MoreArrived well packaged and protected. Makes you feel like you are back in the cinema whilst watching films from the comfort of your own sofa.Have got it placed on the tv unit rather than on the wall, as looks better in our home. But easy instructions and a guide on putting it on the wall. Comes with a life size template and where to mark for the screw holes.Overall once all set up, very well built product with a brilliant sound quality. The app is very convenient able to change from music to a film very easily. Very happy with this product.

This is a truly high quality soundbar and it's understandable why it commands such a high price point especially being a Bang & Olufsen product. As soon as you open the box it feels like a premium experience and is simple and easy to set up through the Bang & Olufsen app. Unfortunately, my television doesn't support the HDMI ARC standard so I couldn't take advantage of this method however the audio can be added via a standard cable and their is plenty of options in the B&O app to get audio to the product as well as via bluetooth.I mounted the bar to the wall which was challenging as my product was missing the advertised template which made things more difficult, it also didn't include any screws for the wall or give any recommendations which led to me using some ... MoreThis is a truly high quality soundbar and it's understandable why it commands such a high price point especially being a Bang & Olufsen product. As soon as you open the box it feels like a premium experience and is simple and easy to set up through the Bang & Olufsen app. Unfortunately, my television doesn't support the HDMI ARC standard so I couldn't take advantage of this method however the audio can be added via a standard cable and their is plenty of options in the B&O app to get audio to the product as well as via bluetooth.I mounted the bar to the wall which was challenging as my product was missing the advertised template which made things more difficult, it also didn't include any screws for the wall or give any recommendations which led to me using some that have scratched the back of the product which is unfortunate but at least is hidden when mounted to the wall.Once all set up and in use, the sound quality is excellent and the app offers options to get the best out of the product whether using tv as the input or playing music and changing these really makes a difference.I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a premium audio experience although they definitely need a big budget as this is on the high end of the market but is a great option for someone looking to spend a bit more for high quality and does represent good value.
