I have Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue syndrome so I’m always permanently exhausted. I’ve tried every type of energy boost over the years, most don’t work at all and the ones that do only work for a short period then you get the ‘come down’ which makes you feel even more tired. I have been taking Berocca Boost daily for years now and literally couldn’t get through the day without them. They are a pleasant taste and give a natural feeling boost that takes the edge off my exhaustion without giving me the crash that so many other energy products do. Please don’t ever stop making them as they’re the only thing that stops me sleeping all day!

This Berocca Boost really does boos me. It helps me carry on through the day without napping, which disturbs night sleep.So I get an undisturbed night long regenerating sleep.At pension age I find it is especially helpful. I've advised many to try it over the years & glad it hasn't been discontinued.If I ever have a task which requires more concentration or physical energy I reach for Berocca Boost. I don't love Cherry flavour but find it less taste when in fizzy spring water.

Bought these to try as an alternative to my normal brand and product. I always use to take my vitamins and minerals in an effervescent tablet but went over to chewable and swallowable tablets for some reason. Having tried these now, I think I will be going back to my old ways. These dissolve easily and fairly quickly without too much of a top residue (which is easy to disperse with a quick stir) and have a delicious, sweet but slightly bitter cherry flavour. The caffeine content is a real game changer as this is a good luck start to my day as having one of these in the morning has replaced my morning coffee and I can feel the difference they are making to my body. I will be on the lookout for other flavours in the near future.

My afternoon pick me up! I enjoy a glass daily to give me a much needed energy boost and reduce my tiredness & fatigue! I'm an extremely busy mum of two and this not only helps with my fatigue but also towards my mental alertness and energy levels! It's sugar free which is fab and packed with vitamins & minerals and of course caffeine & guarana. It's got a lovely fizz to it without being gassy and a real tasty fruit flavour (it's acerola cherry although to me it's just a fruity flavour!) Yes I'll continue to consume and recommend!
Being a regular user of Berocca I was interested to see how this flavour with the added boost could be different. Firstly the taste was delicious- fruity and sweet without being sickening. This gave the drink a really refreshing quality. I could definitely feel the effect of the boost. I had lots of energy and was much more alert (which is useful when I have a busy day up ahead!) For me this boost effect lasted for most of the day. I personally wouldn't want to use this daily but for an extra energy hit when needed, with the benefit of added vitamins too then this product is great.
This is the first time I've tried Berocca tablets, and I can honestly say I've noticed a difference in my energy levels. I've been feeling quite low and tired, so I was intrigued to give these a go. It has helped me gain energy, not a lot, but definitely given me more than I had! I am still taking these every day so hope to see more of a difference. Its easy to take in a glass of water. It has a lot of beneficial as it contains Zinc, Vitamin C and B also magnesium. The boost tablets helps reduce tiredness and helps concentration. It has a sauce of caffeine to help keep you alert and concentration.
I have been suffering with fatigue ever since I had covid and really struggle to get myself energy especially in the morning so I though these tablet would benefit me as I have busy mornings done the school runs and running to work. I must admit I have noticed a difference in a few weeks - I notice that I am more alert when taking the tablets. I make sure this is the first thing I have in the morning when I making the boys breakfast. They also improve your alertness and concentration and supports energy release. They are also suitable for vegans and also no sugar. Please note these are for adults only. Easy to use, drop into a glass of water, let it fizz then enjoy. I like the Cherry flavour kind.

I was really surprised at how fast the tablet took to dissolve in water - I timed it and it was less than a minute! I really like the taste of these ones and it doesn’t leave a nasty aftertaste in your mouth which is great. The caffeine in it gives you a bit of a boost (hence the name) and the guarana in it helps with mental and physical fatigue - it also contains vitamins B1 and B2 for an added extra lift especially if you’re feeling a little bit down! Love this to pop into my water bottle before gym. Love that it contains guaranna & caffeine without being carbonated or containing tons of sugar that a lot of energy drinks do. It also contains a good level of biotin which is great for hair and nails. Lovely subtle cherry flavour. All I need is my water bottle and a pack of these in my bag & it’s like I’m carrying 10 energy drinks in a small tube - obviously much more economical as well. Loving this product.
I really wanted these to be good, as both my husband and I really enjoy the orange Beroccas. And we use them at least twice a week for a little boost.With these, the thought of getting a bit more energy in them, we jumped straight on the opportunity to try them!But as soon as the first tablet had stopped fizzing away and we tried the first sip, we had to admit that this one is a miss!The flavour is horrendous! Even worse than some of the multivitamins you can get.It's safe to say that we will not get them again and we will not recommend them!
