I bought this as a Vitamin D3 product in addition to the MK7 and Vitamin K2. The amount of Vitamin D3 doesn't seem to be 5000IU if you look at the bottle. It is 416.25IU if the bottle is correct. I have tried to contact the Best Naturals for clarification but they will not respond. My doctor found this "highly suspect" and advised to discontinue use.
I love this product. Value is the best on the market, and this vitamin is essential for bone and cardiovascular health. Best value on the market.
I am giving this product 5stars in advance. Based on articles that I've read, the formula for this product seems to fit what science has suggested benefits women with osteopenia and osteoporosis. I am expecting to improve my bones over time, but unfortunately, I just started taking this and I know it is not a quick fix.
