Put the pool up 7/27/23. Started noting little tiny rust dots within the first week. Took it down today after it was used for just 4 weeks and there is rust all throughout the areas where the bars connect. We did what manual recommended to prevent rust but here we are after just 1 month of use. I don’t expect this to last much more than one or 2 seasons. Very disappointed . Also, the liner started to look like it was coming undone about 2weeks in. The pump was so bad we had to buy a new one within the first week. This was an incredibly expensive endeavor considering cost of pool, new pump, leveling the ground, landscaping, chemicals and misc odds and ends to have the most important part last maybe one season. I will buy intex next time.

This pool turned out to be the perfect size for our backyard and provide a great amount of fun for our family and friends. The grey color is nice and doesn't clash like a bright color would.Frame is pretty sturdy and very easy to put together. Had the entire pool ready (minus water) in less than 30 minutes. Preparing the site for the pool on the other hand was the hardest (backyard doesn't have a completely level spot anywhere).Instructions were vague but glad there were videos you could watch. The only downside I foresee is draining the pool. The drain plug sits about 6 inches from bottom making it impossible to drain the entire pool from it.

Was a great pool purchased from Costco. Thanks Don’t expect more than a good year. Easy install in 2019/2020. Couldn’t take it apart after 1 year the vinyl melted to the frame. Pool filter motor Died after the 1st year so I replaced it. A lot of rust appeared in year 2 everywhere. Ladder feet completely rusted out so I replaced the ladder. Year 3 everything had rusted so badly that I bought replacement legs. Today the liner tore down the middle and drained 3500 gallons of water in my yard and my neighbors. Ground was graded and level. Good sand base w a tarp above.
We have had Bestway Pools for years. This year we bought a new one after years of using the last pool. The way they have the system set up to vacuum is (their words) "an upgrade" but it is actually a severe downgrade that will compromise the integrity of the pool plastic and outlet fixtures. Perhaps they are wanting to have more people purchase pools more often. I seriously cannot think of why they would consider the "new" way of blocking the flow to vacuum the pool actually an "upgrade". We had to create a modified way to use the vacuum in order to not sacrifice the plastic and the outlet system.
Please be mindful of the price when ordering. When in stock and fulfilled by Walmart this pool is generally under $600 however as the summer is heating up and Walmart is out of stock 3rd party sellers now have the pool for $900The pump that comes with this pool is garbage, so I would count on investing in a better pump.The instructions are not great, I had greater luck looking at youtube videos.It is very important the area you look to put the pool on is as level as possible.. if you are off by a couple of inches you have all that water weight going to one side once the pool is filled up... and you risk having the pool break.You will also need to invest in chemicals, and accessories like a pool skimmer/net etc...Overall the pool is not too big and not too ... MorePlease be mindful of the price when ordering. I was anxious about assembling my 1st above ground pool. But it was surprisingly easy! It's a big one and just took my husband and I a couple of hours. We did view a couple of assembly videos to help guide us. It wasn't tedious or required too much labor. It comes with everything you need including extras like the cover and solar pads. I absolutely LOVE it! The oval shape allows for more swimming and it gives us space to play or float. I highly recommend this pool if you want to host pool parties. It's a nice alternative to the in-ground options.

Borrowed a truck to return, got it to customer service where they told me I couldn't return it there. After getting a permit, and realizing we HAD to put up a fence (more $$!) We put pool up. Don't believe their 'reach out to us if you have any issues', they're unreachable/%26/or ignore you. This valve was crimped/squashed--they didn't care. There is NO way someone could put this up in 30 min fyi or imo do it alone 2 people min, 3 preferably. Ladder is shaky %26 insufficient, pump will probably be inadequate. The pool was great, worked as it supposed to. The pump isn’t very strong so I’d advise getting a better one.The problem I had is that I bought a 4 year warranty and now Walmart staff Syed and Claire along with Allstate staff khawaja have given me the run around about my leaking pool and rusted ladder. They keep pointing fingers at each other saying the warranty was cancelled by Walmart and then Walmart saying it is not. If it was I was never refunded for it and now have a leaking pool. 3 months of going back and forth with no resolution. Syed even went as far as telling me to take legal action against Allstate for denying the claim. I would like someone to contact me to get this resolved
We purchased this pool from Walmart, we disregarded the fact that the box had previously been opened and taped closed. We didn’t open and setup the pool until a few weeks after purchase and of course we contacted Walmart for a return and we’re told no.After opening the box everything looked normal but when we started assembling we noticed that the straps on the side of the pool had been cut and both sides of the are bowing downwards. We paid almost $800 for this pool and can’t even use it. The assembly alone took more than a hour with 3 people at that. The pool also went on sale ($300 difference) about a week after our purchase.Worst purchase ever!
