It's exactly like arm one, smaller more convenient i had very high BP every morning I have done check before medications, food etc however went to doctor BP was back to normal I did reading that morning it was higher. Will take to doctors next time to check against their one but its still good indicator happy with it.

If you need, should have or want an efficient blood pressure device this is it. It's compact accurate and does more than just measure your blood pressure. What more it's so simple to use that even those who don't read the instructions won't get lost. And it's cheaper than many alternative products.

Blood pressure monitor is excellent. The memory function is not so good in that it is not the same as the booklet supplied with the unit. It can however be sorted out by trial. the display for the heart rate and the memory function are hard to read compared to the initial BP reading.

Medical Supplies excellent Mail delivery on the second day. Good price It has to detect your pulse...so accurate positioning is vital . One wrist may better than the other. Flexing the hand down may also help.. The instructions are clear and good. ("Hook and eye" is the German translation for VELCRO !) It takes a day or two after the initial set up to begin to feel proficient. Write down the pressures for a week until you have mastered the memory record, and get an accuracy check with your GP/Pharmacy to compare. It detects arrythmia well. Display information could be better...for those with poorer eyesight.

Don’t buy!

The machine does not give correct readings. We took it to our Dr, compared to theirs and it was way out. This could result in non essential panic! Returned and won’t buy that brand again. These machines need to be calibrated correctly.

Great product

Bought it for my wife due to her high blood pressure at the age of 20. Whenever she’s having a headache she checks her blood pressure and sometimes twice a day. The accuracy is \- 5 but very accurate. I matched it with the hospitals when I had an appointment with the doctor. Being a husband I have to agree whatever it shows because I have to stay in the house. Also the product is handy and very easy to use. The digits are clear and description on it helps you as well how to use. Go and purchase it!

Lightweight but 20 mmHg too low (Systolic blood pressure)

Slightly different values. It is easy to use, just be aware that the systolic blood pressure (SYS) shows approx. 15 mmHg too low. I tested it against a brand new General Electric at the doctor's office today. I have to add 20 mmHG to the SYS value and 7 mmHg to the DIA value to get the same result as my upper arm BP meter. Apart from the measurement error, everything is fine. You can use it as long as you remember to add the deviation.

Perfect for me

This device is just right for me. I could not use the upper arm type monitor as it was quite painful and gave an erroneously high reading. (So called white coat syndrome). This device is just what iI was looking for, would recommend to anyone.

Reccomend the arm cuff over the wrist moniter for accuracy.

I is easy to set up an use but need to have a service where somebody can calibrate the device. I had high innaccurate readings and I had to buy a beurer arm cuff blood pressure moniter smart health management that does give accurate measurement.the wrist moniter was a mistake while the arm cuff moniter was the correction. Good brand I would recommend the 2nd choice arm cuff for good accurate measurement. I support the brand, good quality brand because of design and engineering.

Actually to be honest i found this Beurer Wrist Blood Pressure Monitor is so complicated. if you didn't follow all instructions will not give you accurate readings. I have compared the readings of BeurerWrist Blood Pressure Monitor BC28 with Omron Blood Pressure Monitor was slightly different. for example I took my blood pressure by beurer was 98/60 and with omron was 98/70. This is my experience with this product.
