I had seen many reviews and for me it all boiled down to mic quality in a headset and no wonder bayerdynamic mmx 150 has literally offered a best mic for the price range which I was looking for, ofcourse the sound quality of headphones, it has that signature with a V curve, base is solid but does not make anything muddy unlike Sony's XtraBase one's, Imaging is good and it has a big sound stage. On the comfort side, yes definitely for longer hours it can become uncomfortable as these have great build quality and slightly on heavie side. Clamping force is good, slightly on a stronger side, maybe that's why after 3-4 hrs it becomes uncomfortable. But overall it has satisfied my requirement of a good quality Mic.

These headphones are great for the price. I can use them for everything, including music without being boomed out of my ears by excessive bass tuning. Very good clear sou d perhaps lacking a little midrange definition but you only notice when you go back to back with more expensive headphones.The cable is braided and a little bit of sound is transmitted to the left ear when it rubs but I found it easy to deal with.For the price, excellent.

So I bought this as a gift for someone however, I own a Logitech Pro X which is exactly the same price, but overall better.The Beyerdynamic generally is a pretty decent product. It has decent functionalities physically on the headset itself, but no additional app for controlling settings which the Logitech offers. The mic quality on the Beyerdynamic is very clear, however it is so clear and so sensitive that it picks up everything. From the sound of placing your headphones down to the clacking of your keyboard, it would be an amazing headset for ASMR if that's what you wanted honestly. Very nice headset.Sound quality is excellent, I hear more than I used to with my older cheap headset. Music quality AND game sounds now sound excellent and clear. The sound isolation provided by the headset is very good, I can't hear most of my own words when talking anymore. I hear a vague mumble unless I'm talking quite loud, something to keep in mind. Also means I don't hear my neighbours throwing glasses at each other anymore.Microphone I am told by friends on discord is very good (now they can hear me in 4k apparently).The volume/mute wheel on the headset does come in handy. Certainly appeals to my hatred of LEDs and silly branding slapped on everything.I have a big head and this headset had a very snug fit for the first few hours. Had my old headset for almost 7 years so it could be that or the headset. After an afternoon of wearing and giving the headset an occasional stretch they now sit very comfy on my head.
The mic and headphones are top-notch quality. But it gets uncomfortable for 3 hrs to 4 hrs gaming sessions
The cable has a texture that when rubs on your shirt etc, creates a noise that transfers directly into you left ear - very annoying. Every slight head movement results in a loud rustling noise.
Well built and sound great. The meta voice feature is great, as you can hear important external sounds like the doorbell etc whilst using them.
