We just upgraded our old Billi hot water unit into this new unit. We managed to use the previous benchtop hole to fit the new system. The installation by Billi was very smooth and friendly and completed in 10min. The system is extremely efficient, instant hot, cold and sparkling. The water tasted amazing. We no longer need to by the sparkling water from the super market anymore.Best purchase of the renovation.

We went for the matte black boiling and chilled tap, and so far (after just one month) we cannot fault it. I knew it would make life easier to have boiling water on demand but I didn't realise how much easier it would actually make it! My wife is obsessed with tea, so being able to make a cuppa instantly has made the Billi worth every penny. I've even found that having instant chilled water readily available has seen myself in particular drink so much more of it. The water is crystal clear, tastes of nothing(but that's good!) and is a perfect temp to drink at around 6 degrees C. The unit under the sink is a snug fit in our cupboard from front to back, so no issues there. Doesn't take up too much space. We have had our Billie boil for over two years and still absolutely love it!!We would never think about updating a kitchen again without including this brilliant appliance. Used everyday in a family of 7, our Billie boil gets a constant workout everyday and it’s never missed a beat.No waiting for the kettle to boil, kids drink more fresh chilled water and our Billie boil matches our taps beautifully.I don’t usually do reviews - but for this product I’ll make an exception- do yourself a favour and buy a Billie boil.

We've had our matt black Billi for over 6 months now and I love it! No more waiting for the kettle to boil, refiling the soda stream or getting the water filter jug from the fridge! The instant (very) hot water makes cleaning easier as well as instant cups of tea, and the sparkling is a treat. The units under the sink take up a lot of room and make a fairly loud noise when recalibrating the water, but if your cupboard is closed it's fine and lasts a short while. I wish we could take it on our holidays!
I have had my BilliB-5000 for nearly 9 years now. It’s the best water system I’ve ever had, it’s extremely reliable and the best tasting water around. With hot/cold water available anytime, my family cannot live without our Billi water system. It’s extremely reliable, with only filters to replace approximately every 7-10 months. I highly recommend anyone purchase a Billi water system.
We’ve had our Billi Tap for 12 months. We love that the gas pressure can be easily adjusted for more or less carbonation. We opted for the hot/cold/sparkling version and it’s exceeded all expectations. The matt black finish complements our kitchen and is easy to clean. Our only regret was not putting a second one for our outdoor bbq area.
Since buying this tap I no longer have to store numerous water bottles in the fridge every week, just so we can have cold water. The cold filtered water is literally available on tap.I now have boiling water on tap. So, I gave away my kettle. It is so nice not having to wait for the kettle to boil or for water to boil in the saucepan because I can just use the water straight from my tap. Whether it be for teas and coffees or for cooking pasta, eggs or potatoes.It is easy to change the filter in the BilliTap, I can do it myself. I have owned The BilliTap for years and it saves us so much time and only needs minimal effort to be kept maintained.
We are very satisfied with our new Billi B-5000. It has worked out our daily schedule and is ready for use first thing in the morning. During the day if it's not ready it takes very little time to come back to the boil. We also love the fact that we can set the temperature for the cold water. Our previous Billi lasted us 12 years whcih we felt was great value for money. Looking forward to the next 12 years with our new Billi.
The Billi B 5000 with sparkling is so space saving , convenient and easy to use that we have just purchased and installed another at our new apartment.It is hard to imagine easier to use single action safety and energy saving functions.We have had both the Billi and, in the bar room, another [ the other] and so have experienced both. No contest. In style, compact design and ease of operation.
We are totally in love with our billi.Renovating our first home. There has been a few non-negotiables. One of which was the billi tap. My husband took some convincing but needless to say he has no regrets.We have an 8 week old baby, plus a almost 3 yr old. So having hot and cold drinks were few and far between. Now with the billi, when I decide I need a coffee I dont have to wait and re boil the kettle 8 times. Visiotes with a new baby, no worries. No multiple kettle top ups to get to everyone. No wasted fridge space with jugs of water. The toddler thinks its the best to help mummy make cups of tea. Cannot fault it. Stylish. A great selling point. Ill never go back!!! All of our family and friends are incredibly jealous!
