My feet have a serious problem with dry skin. Not just in the wintertime either, but year round. It's not just my feet either though, but parts of my legs that get super dry and itchy and it seems like nothing ever helps. My mom gave me a sample of Bio-Oil Dry Skin Gel to try and I have to say that I'm quite impressed! I applied it to the dry, rough, cracked parts of my feet and like magic or something, those spots were almost immediately gone! I'm being totally serious too. Let me tell you something…this product right here is so underrated yet absolutely phenomenal! If you want that beautiful glowing skin especially during the summer months when you’re showing off your shoulders and your legs, this product will give you amazing results. In my opinion, if they made the packaging look less medicinal it would fly off the shelves.  it has long lasting hydration and although it’s a gel, it is not sticky or greasy. This product will stay as part of my regular beauty routine.

I have dry very sensitive skin so I find it difficult to buy an affordable, effective moisturizer. I'd used the Bio-oil liquid in the past for scars etc and always found it good but this Gel is truly amazing! A tiny bit goes a loooong way, it will feel a little 'oily' at first as it 'melts' into your skin but given just a couple of minutes it's fully absorbed. My family even noticed how much better my skin looked after just 5 days of using this once a day. ALL the dryness had gone with NO reactions at all! I'm TOTALLY SOLD in this gel. Best thing I have ever put on my skin!!!

I wanted my palmers bio oil replaced because I ran out, but decided to give this a go instead of returning it. For me it’s main use was going to be for my growing baby bump for stretch mark prevention however it is incredibly oily and does not absorb (see photo, it was taken one hour after application :s.) I’m sure it does relieve dry skin!! But who has hours to wait for a product to absorb?? Not I. I was determined to find use of this product so I tried it on my face where I was suffering from dry parched flaky skin around my nose. The consistency of this is a gel is very thick so using it little by little helps with controlling the look of oiliness instead of moisture is key. I’ve used this enough to notice that the pregnancy stretch marks on my belly will never leave me unless surgically removed. My elbows and knees definitely feel more smooth. I rated this gel 4/5 because it helped moisturized my skin and lighten the dark spots from mosquito bites on my legs. The jar I have is small so it packs away nicely and it has more of a press down suction lid instead of a twist top.

When I got to my 30s i put on weight and noticed, I had stretch marks all down the back of my thighs to my legs. Horrified! Did research and tried every cream, portion I came across. Nothing worked. Finally came across bio oil. this greatly reduced my stretch marks within a short space of time. Easy to use and used twice a day. Mixed with body cream in the morning and used right after showers in the evening by itself. Easily absorbs and very comfortable to have on. You will literally not feel it. For the price, its worth it. Later found out that original shea butter that has not been over processed works better. Specialised stores carry this. Cleaned off my stretch marks completely. i am free and clear of them.

I have tried— silicone patches, silicone scar liquids, manuka honey silicone patches for healing, bio oil, scar gel, tons of different brands none do a thing. NOTHING! And they all cost $15-30. This gel is serious!! If you have scarring even if it is years old this stuff will seep deep down and help tremendously. A tiny bit spreads very far. Smell is light. Very faint lightly medicinal and slightly powdery. It is still an oil in solid form— but does absorb. Thin layer no need to overdo it. I think this is a wonderful product for minor scars as well as very deep surgical scars i.e. T sutures, hysterectomy c section would be extremely impressed w the dry oil results.
