BioBag - Compostable Bin Liners 20 Litres - 20 Bags

We live in a unit so we don't have much control over how others dispose of their waste, so we are trying to influence by example! Many people have asked about our little green rubbish bags! And Iwe have converted my parents and my workplace to using them. Knowing that these bags are biodegradable compliments our efforts to recycle and compost what we can while disposing of the other rubbish as responsibly as we can.

BioBag 20L bin liners

I have used BioBags for many years, because I can throw them in the bin with a clear conscience. I use them to line a small bin I use for tissues and light rubbish, and cut the handle to allow it to open wide enough to fold over the sides.

Compostable Bin Liners - 20L 20 bags

So happy that these are available vs the old plastic bags. Having the handle ties is so useful when it comes to bagging waste for disposal in the bin, makes life a lot easier.

Good quality compostable bag

Quite worried that these appear to be out of stock at Ocado now - please don't stop doing them! I was delighted to see Ocado were stocking this brand as have been finding it increasingly hard to get hold of 20L compostable bags, which I need to fit my Brabantia recycling bin. These are good quality - just about long enough for my bin and as long as you don't over-fill them or leave it too long between changing the bag, they hold up well. Inherently, compostable bags will start to break down after a while but to be honest I like to take the food waste out regularly anyway to avoid the inevitable smells!

Great - fit the indoor food caddies

These are designed to fit the indoor (smaller) food caddies. When full, take out to your outdoor caddy. Mine is collected fortnightly and does not rot. My only gripe is no tie handles but we manage fine.

Great product

I love having a biodegradable option for bin liners. These are great if you remember not to place wet items in the bin. I have had the liner start to break apart when emptying the bin (when wet items have been placed in) but have always made it without losing the contents on the way.

Handles Scraps

I bought these for the wife so when and if there are Food Scraps these can be put into the bag , to be placed in rubbish bins to be recycable. These are the right size for the scrap container we have and the handles make it easier to handle

Have been using these bags

Have been using these bags for a couple of years now. They fit my under sink swing out bin well and the handles make them easy to tie up when removed. They aren't the strongest bags but with care they do the job. The important part is they aren't impacting the environment.
