I have had a few bottles over time and have found this product hugely helpful with my anxiety. I have tried a few other products containing Ashwagandha but this Adrenal Restore one seems to be the better one for me.

I really like this product. Take one a day. Keeps me calm but even when I take it in the morning I don't get drowsy going into work. When I take it at night I seem to sleep well. I dont take amy other stress related products in the morning in case they make me sleepy but this doesn't which I love. But def helps me sleep at night as well when taken at night time.

To be honest I was sceptical towards this product as I have tried a few other stress relieving natural supplements and did not find any relief. For the last twenty days I have been taking two tablets per day of Bio Balance Ashwagandha Adrenal Restore and the product does seem to work. My head and hands are not shaking as much anymore and I find myself calmer. Will definitely purchase this product again. Dear Health Post, please keep selling this product because it improves the quality of life for people like myself who suffer from anxiety.

I find Ashwagandha Adrenal Restore very good it keeps my anxiety levels down my sleeping is better a general all round good feeling in my elderly life
I have been affected by the floods, as have many. My nervous system/adrenals have been affected a lot. This product has definitely helped me manage. One morning I forgot to take it, and it was pretty clear that day that I'm much better with it, than without. Great product, better than what I had been taking. Hope it helps some other people too.
I have found this very good in the fact that it seems to calm the body so therefore restore the Adrenal glands. Suffering from Adrenal fatigue is difficult but this does seem to be helping. Will see how it continues the longer I take it.
I sleep better during the night, because my sweat attacks have gone down and I am feeling a lot calmer. I would definitely recommend it!

I will continue with this supplement. No joke....after a week I feel like a new person. More relaxed, sleep better and am not so anxious like before. I take 2 tablets a day. One with brekki and another one with lunch.
Ashwagandha, known to help with peace of mind seemed quite logical for me to try out after recent negative events in my life......I can honestly say within a few days I felt so uplifted and genuinely calm. I am continuing with it in the meantime.
