This product has been fantastic for my anxiety. After taking the supplement for approximately three weeks my stress levels were way down and anxiety went from a 10 to about a 1-2. I highly recommend this if you are someone who cannot absorb regular folic acid.

Worked well for me to start with, as I have MTHFR gene mutation folinic acid is suppose to help, after a few days though I started to react to it and had my face swell up, as I already have inflammation I stopped taking them, I am now on a low histamine anti inflammation diet instead and this is working for me.
My doctor gave me this when he tested me for the mutation MTHF and within a few days i felt so much better mentally.
Very good supplement and part of my daily supplement regime. Wouldn't be without it.
