Had high hopes for these .. the chemist recommended them as I can’t take hormonal type tablets due to previous breast cancer .. Have been taking them every single night for three weeks now but no improvement at all .. they have a very strong lavender taste which I’m not a fan of .. isn’t too bad if you swallow quick but keep in mind they’re large ish tablet .. will finish the last of them but not expecting any improvement.. will go back to Clonidine which as least worked for a while

My hot flushes have stopped since taking these tablets. I don’t particularly like the lavender taste as it is pretty strong but I am putting up with it.

I haven't noticed any difference/improvement with hot flushes/other menopausal symptoms, since starting to take these. I'm not giving them up entirely just yet - most menopausal supplements can take a while before having any significant effect - I haven't been taking them regularly enough to really be sure. That being said, these have disappointed me, as most other supplements would have provided some relief by now, and these weren't cheap.I'll update this if anything changes.
