Bioderma Sebium Purifying Foaming Gel 500ml

My holy grail I found this product through youtube rave and Im usually not one to want to go with the trends because many products are often overhyped in my opinion. I saw that kathleenlights used this and we share several of the same problems with our skin dry, redness, etc. She said that it was not harsh on her sensitive skin and helped with the dryness. I ordered it online and was so excited for it to come in. So happy i made this purchase. One of the best purchases of 2015 for me. My skin is sooo sensitive and so many products make me break out, but not this one. It is not at all harsh because its been near my eyes and it does not burn. It has a very light, fresh clean smell. I use it to remove makeup, wash my face, apply toner, then moisturize. This has made my skin significantly healthier looking and doesnt strip my skin of its nutrients and helps balance out oiliness and keeps my face looking smooth. I would honestly recommend this to anyone, even dry sensitive skin as it worked wonders for me.

I absolutely love this cleanser. If your skin is oily and acne prone, this is an incredible cleanser for your routine. It's very gentle, doesn't strip the skin barrier and helps a lot regulating sebum production. It's soap-free and hypoallergenic. Just a few drops will get the job beautifully done. After using it, my skin feels really clean, fresh and soft . I highly recommend this cleanser for those who have adult and/or hormonal acne, which is my case. Okay so I have oily skin! And if your a woman with oily skin you can relate to my struggle especially as the summer months are approaching. Having oily skin is already no fun but ESPECIALLY in the summer! It makes makeup application harder ,and it causes makeup to rub off or constant blotting all day. I’ve been using Aveeno for quite sometime due to having extremely sensitive skin. I don’t have pimple prone skin and a lot of the face washes out these days contain a lot of product to treat and target acne which unfortunately for me drys my skin out leaving dry patches. Absolutely not worth getting it

I rarely write bad reviews even though I've used numerous beauty products over the years. This face wash was truly awful. The smell is nauseating - very strong and unpleasant. The wash left my face stripped of any oils and feeling tight and dry (I have combination skin type). I cannot think of one thing I actually liked about this product. I would not even buy it for use as a regular hand wash.

Face wash

This product is really nice, it’s very gentle. It cleanses your skin without stripping it of moisture and the texture is softer than other fave washes. It feels very nice on the skin. It does have a strong scent though, which is something that worried me because I have very sensitive skin. It hasn’t caused me any issues so far and has been clearing my acne

Bioderma seems to be a skincare brand which KNOW skincare, and respect it as a science. I gave this cleanser a try since I am someone who has been struggling with oily blemish/breakout-prone skin, and unevenness (some dry patches too). Gentle, balancing cleanser

I tried the Bioderma Sebium purifying cleansing foaming Gel for combination/oily skin complimentary for testing and review purposes through Home tester club. It foams well and didn’t irritate my combination skin. I tend to be oily mostly on my nose area and dry on my cheeks, but also my forehead since getting older. It’s weird because that used to be another oily area. I love that this is made to control sebum and balance skin irregularities. Some cleansers leave my cheeks an irritated pink color and my forehead so dry it is itchy until I moisturize. This didn’t! I was left all one shade after cleansing instead of splotchy, and it wasn’t overly drying. My face feels very smooth after using, plus my bare skin looks matte instead of having a shiny nose! When I first saw the Bioderma Sebium Foaming Gel tube, I was immediately drawn to its packaging. It's light blue and green colors were attractive and gave the impression that this product would have a clean, cooling effect. The scent was very pleasing. As someone who is very sensitive to fragrances, I found the smell of this product light and refreshing. The initial feel of the gel caught me off guard, as it had a slight sticky feel to it. However, it quickly lathered into a light foam with just a small drop. It left my skin feeling cleansed without any harsh abrasives or overpowering smell. Makes makeup removal a breeze!

Bioderma has left my skin so smooth. It lathers up beautifully and smells so great. Such an affordable price. I love using it day and night! I didn't realize what I'd been missing. I'm 32 years old so I'm not completely young or old but, this is correcting a redness on my cheeks and chin. Bioderma Sebium has allowed me to wash my face without drying it out or putting too much oily "hydration" on my skin. My face is clear and where I once got tiny little breakout spots, I no longer do, I couldn't be happier with this product! I especially love the foam that helps me use the correct amount, and not too much. A little bit goes a long way with this foaming gel, which truly means a lot in our economy.
