The tablets are effective against my restless leg syndrome. The tablets are quite large but if anyone has difficulty swallowing them they could be broken up to make swallowing easier.

Probably a good tablet but due to its size is very difficult to swallow. It appears to be designed to break in half but we found this virtually impossible and in any event it leaves sharp edges. Perhaps OK for some but definitely not for my wife and I.

I was looking for magnesium complex and a staff of H&B recommended this to me but I agree with the others who had stomach issue with this product. Plus gives me strange type of headache and I am a person who has rare headaches.And spose to help with sleep but I cannot much sleep since I started to get this tablets.
I usually have a strong stomach and have had no issues with the Holland and Barrett magnesium. I thought I was purchasing a more premium product, but due to stomach issues had a closer look at the Ingredients. The main ingredient is magnesium oxide (which is used as a laxative!) if I could return this, I would!
I’ve been sleeping so well! Uninterruoted sleep which I can only attribute to this supplement cos I haven’t taken anything new.
On the face of it, the product looked promising, boasting 375mg of elemental magnesium. However, on closer inspection, you will find that 66.66% of that, is Magnesium Oxide, which you will more likely find in Milk Of Magnesia, which helps with constipation! Magnesium Oxide is the least bioavailable or absorbable types of magnesium. In fact, it is generally not recommended for people wanting to increase their levels of Magnesium. The supplement contains just 6.66% of Magnesium Oxide, which the body can absorb and use more readily. The supplement also contains talc. Very disappointed.
The tablets are far too big. I usually do not have a problem swallowing tablets, but these are far too large. Even cut in half they are not easy to swallow.
