I was having trouble sleeping due to anxiety and stress. I thought i would give this a try and i can honestly say that it really works. Ive been taking it now for a few weeks and im just so much calmer and am now sleeping 7 to 8 hours a night. Im so happy I tried it and I'll continue to buy it.

I bought this 3 weeks ago. I'm a chronic broken sleeper due to pain and other health issues. I do not like to take meds to knock me out. I tried a banana, aromatherapy sprays etc but nothing worked. I have found this excellent for helping me to get a decent nights sleep, to awaken refreshed and not groggy. I can also take it if feeling stressed and my usual natural methods do not work. It doesnt sedate just feel wuite calm and clear. I've had no side effects and used this years ago to great effect when going through a family bereavement. Am very glad that I purchased it again.

I bought these tablets to help relax and try and sleep. And they work great! Have to take them consistently and took a few days to see results but very happy with the outcome. They are also vegan friendly too if that is something of concern
Great product. Was stressed during exams and needed a supplement. Bought this little gem from Chemist Warehouse. Exactly what I needed to take minimise the stress. I've continued to take this daily and feel great.
I take 1 Bioglan Ashwagandha around lunchtime after a meal. It helps calm me down in the arvo (but i dont get the arvo slump) and still keeps me calm for bed. This one a day dose lasts for 24 hrs. If i dont take it by lunchtime the next day my anxiety and heart rate goes back up and then insomnia kicks in. Helps a little with hypothyroid symptoms.
I've been taking Bioglan Ashwagandha for around three months and I must say I'm definetly feeling calmer. Close relatives have noticed I'm more chilled these days. Of course, it's a combination of other efforts but these natural supplements do help. Worth a try.
I have bought this products two times now and I am going to buy it for a third time. I did not have a tablet this morning and I noticed my ability to handle my anxiety and remain calm was a lot harder. I usually don't need to have a 5-minute meditation session with my app at work because I take these in the morning. I did notice that these tablets help me manage my anxiety and stress to helps me to stay calm. I am also on Remeron like the other reviewer stated which is interesting! so I feel they are a good combo for anxiety and stress.
After using this product for a month, I can't live without it. It has impacted me to become less stressed and anxious in the workplace and at home, whilst maintaining my natural composure. Good product, will buy again. Normally I don’t notice the subtle effects of vitamins and herbs, but I did notice a slight calming of my nervous system with this.
